First off, I want to thank all of you lovely people for being here, listening to my rambles, reacting to them, and just being a family while we watch this ridiculously stressful show <3  I'm in the US, and all of my friends are busy watching Riverdale, of all things.  I'm glad to have found people who will talk with me about this, or else I might start getting a split personality haha.

 

I slept like 8 hours finally for the first time in ages so of course, my brain got a chance to come up with even more crap. 

 

New theory:

Something's up with JTE's dad.  I think those spoiler pics of him visiting a little girl at the Taekwondo place might be Lee Gon rushing back to the past to give her the best fighting chance possible.  We know that every single thing in this show except for the bottled coffee has a plot purpose, and I keep thinking back to their ep 3 conversation in the bamboo forest, and JTE's dad.

 

In the next few episodes, LG travels back in time to meet baby JTE and strikes a conversation with her about being brave and learning to fend and fight for herself, so that his future JTE will grow up to be a police officer and know how to keep herself safe.  We know why SJ became a cop, but all JTE's said was that she chose to be brave.  Did she just randomly choose to be brave though?  Or maybe it's because LG visited her and gave her the inspiration to do so, and her childhood self internalized it even though she doesn't remember him anymore.

 

Also, her dad.  Something's up with him.  I think he's LG's ace in the hole here, and he's fully aware of everything that was set in place 25 years ago.  I think he's been waiting this whole time for LG to show up - he housed Maximus with no questions, he welcomed LG straight into their homes and lives, he tasted LG's drink for him while everyone else thinks it's absurd, he missed LG when he left, and he didn't seem to care where JTE went or noticed.  Then he gave LG the key to the taekwondo center and left them alone, again with no questions.  He hasn't been shown as a negligent father at all, and clearly played a big part in raising JTE to be the brave and good human she is.  To everyone unaware of KOC, Lee Gon is basically a hot con artist who squatted on their property, and vanished.  And this is the guy who his daughter now has a thing for.  Any parent would be like …"hold on, wtf is happening?"  Unless if dad already knows that he's a King who loves his daughter so much that he's willing to traverse the space-time continuum over and over and over again for her.

At first, I was thinking LG goes back in time and catches 1994 LR to brings him back to the year 2020 so that the LR we see is in the interrogation room. However, I'm totally going back on that now because 1994 LR has totally different hair and his hand isn't bandaged. My question is the LR in 2020 is LR from which year now?  Maybe that LR just killed someone LG loved and so LG went back to multiple points in the original timeline??

TKEM Blood Stick VS KES's Goblin Sword

 

I think the whole blood with object is like a catalyst somehow just like blood on sword in KES's Globin. Noticed how in ep 1 they zoom in on the flute with blood creeping in on it? So does uniting flute mean total immortality instead of only being a Demi-god?

I already ordered half and half twice from a local korean restaurant.  I tried to think of it as #supportssmall hahaha

 

Fun story - my momma also ordered half and half one day and she has never ordered delivery in her LIFE.  Turns out she turned on YouTube and mukbanger Hamzy was eating chicken and my mom craved it.  So I watched the video and the first thing I see is Hamzy watch LMH eat chicken in ep 3.  Just near lost my marbles.

Oregon and Seattle are known for their coffee, and people from that region are kinda known for being coffee connoisseur, so I get it.

I’m not a super snob like some folks are in my area, but bottled coffee always tastes off to me.  I’d rather fresh brew from a K-cup because it’s not stale.

 

The kimchi one sort of worked on me, I went downstairs and had some with ramen after watching Jangmi and JTE haha.  
 

Best PPL for me is still Yoon Seri’s earrings, I spent almost as much time looking for the Moonsun earrings as LG spent looking for JTE.  
 

I guess if it comes down to it, I would much rather have 72 min episodes with PPL, than a tradition US show with 20 minutes of commercials.  Especially if it gives us slow mo of LMH eating chicken.
