With the way this is going, SIU is following the footsteps of his father. He should have learned his lesson with SJ but this fiancee of his won't be taking this quietly as well. 

 

This JA has some nerve to be getting into relationship when her so called legal husband on paper and In-laws are across the street. She is in for public humiliation for sure.

SH is seeing herself in JA.  That is what is making her mad.  It must have been good when she did it, but not good when others do it.  Are we completely sure that SIU is the chairman's son.  He does not look like NJ, just what SH has told that he is her son.  Did I miss something while skipping some scenes.

I say JA is one nast evil cookie as she knew that could be hard for NJ this is why she didn't mind him calling him a stalker after she has used and verbally abused him..

How is this a form of stalking in any form lol, he was here first, they work in the same  which he will own, place he hardly even talks to her, eh does not go looking for her or anything.

FYI, I may not be able to do a recap tomorrow, due to some work.  I may manage to do it, but it is doubtful...  Hopefully the subbed versions will come up soon enough, as they are usually out within 2-3 hours of when I give the recap.

 

By the way, I can't find any preview blurb at the KBS site for Ep 32 tomorrow.  Has anybody seen a blurb anywhere?  [The preview itself was there at the end of today's Ep 31, but isn't posted at the KBS site as a clip]

SJ dad found out about the shares being sold by Golddigger and her bro. Elsa finds out JA is married when DS visits the company lobby. SJ dad, lawyer Heo, SJ and NJ meet at Lawyer Heo office and SJ dad tells some happy news to SJ but there is a condition attached to it that involved the mention of NJ name.

Ep 32  Quick Recap (but I guess the subbed versions should be out soon).

 

- SJ convinces NJ that he should do what his grandpa wanted, and stop running after JA when he has work to do. He doesn't argue.  She takes the medicine to JA and forces it on her, as she refused.

 

- NJ is just fine, as he tells the team than he got taken to task by the chief designer for losing focus.

 

- JH tells her secretary, "SG never met me, okay? You must've been mistaken about it" and the secretary understands what she means.

 

- SU has picked JA's designs for 2 of the 3 items, and only 1 of Mr. Jang's designs.  SH doesn't like it, complains to SU and gets yelled back at.

 

- SG meets SH at DS' cafe, to discuss the share-transfer and she gives him some advance money.  SH needs to get it done right at 4 pm.  YJ was there to see DS but no sign that she heard anything (but maybe later SH may accuse her to have heard whens she didn't, or YJ may say that she heard it though she didn't act like it today; it can be either)

 

- YS takes MS out of his office, asking to take her to YSJ who is supposed to teach her some cooking.   SG comes in, logs into MS' laptop and transfers the shares in a "block deal", while MS is blissfully unaware of everything and watching his sweetheart cut beetroots.  MS' secretary sees somebody running out and wonders if it was SG.   SH and SU confirm on their laptop that the theft is done.

 

- The lawyer finds that the shares have gone to SH. He alerts MS who runs to his office and confirms it.  He is so mad thaat he even yells at YS.  She calls SG, who asks her not to call him, as he is going hiding or something.

 

- NJ looks happy and totally unconcerned about JA, as SJ puts her hand around his hand and decided where the team will go for dinner.

 

-SU drives JA home, stops to get her medicines and vitamin, and tells her that he loves (has feelings for) her. But he can't marry her.  His company-successor objective requires a powerful family, so he has to get married to another woman.  Can she still accept his feelings for her, he asks.  He doesn't want an answer. He can wait till she decides.

 

- Team-2 comes to DS' cafe for coffee after dinner.  NJ and DS are shocked to see each other.  [THE END]

Thanks @jayakris  MS needs  to divorce his scandolous wife.. I guess he sees just what SJ has been telling him all along..They need to report those shares as stolen.. But I guess when SH thinks she can kick out lawyer Heo she'll find herself in deep trouble since those shares were illegally sold because they were stolen.. SH will have to give those shares back.. She'll just be out if mney until MS wife brother is found..

I would have bought it with you if it was worn by NJ, or Lawyer Heo or someone else.  But it is a crook who is wearing it on the show and truly not interested.  Even if he was wearing Rolex or Tag Heur I would not have bought it. 

 

I don't know why the watch company would want him to wear it on the show.  Do they want to go out of business or do they want people to discuss it and publicity would bring in customers.  From my marketing 101 class -  marketing blunder!!

Ep 33 Recap, Part-1 (till 16:30)

- Ajussi and NJ are surprised to see DS at the cafe. DS explains things and Ajussi says that he is the real stalker of JA. But DS asks how a husband can be a stalker. SJ is trying to figure out what is going on.  DS says JA had said she would reconsider her stand if he became successful.  Ajussi: "What? And you believed her?"... Haha.  Now DS is surprised that NJ is a team-leader in the same company as JA. "Give us our coffee! Make it fast" says SJ to finish this whole thing.

 

- SU drops JA at home. She says she will take it as he never said what he said. SU asks her to think about it.  It wasn't anything he just made up, and it wasn't easy for him to say it. JA: "Why do you take the difficult path? Rather than worry about some nobody like me, just go on looking at your future". He says he wants to do that, but that when it comes to JA, his heart doesn't go the way his minds wants to. Missing somebody, only thinking of somebody... He thought such things wouldn't happen to him, but he finds it's not so. JA says she too has the same feelings for him. SU: "Don't you see it as ridiculous that I am marrying somebody, when we are like this?... But I cannot give up HyunKang. Because it's everything for my mom and me". JA: "Then you can just give me up, no?".  SU: "No. I will never give you up. I cannot. The marriage will be a business matter, but I will only be looking at you". He says he will do everything to make her the best designer out there.

 

- NJ and SJ take a walk and he explains the JA/DS story. NJ says he is worried about DS and JA, and SJ gives a friendly scolding, "after all that, you are still going JinA JinA??". NJ says he understands JA, and why she would've wanted to throw away her hometown, relatives, and everything. SJ says she is envious of the kind of relation NJ and JA have that makes him be so understanding. NJ: "Rather than understanding, it is just wishing each other well, thanks to the long time we spent together". SJ asks if she and NJ could be that good to each other after a long time like that. NJ: "With you, I don't think it will take that long". She gets a smile and asks why. He says it's because SJ is so straight and clean, so he can see her heart so easily. They have a nice chat, with him thanking her for being there at a crucial time today, to set him straight. SJ: "If you know that, just do your work, with a clean grip on yourself. You got it?".  He salutes her, making her grin from ear to ear.

 

- MS is with YS and his secretary calls to say that the CCTV footage shows that it was clearly SG, who had gone in right after YS took him out of his office. He takes her to task, and she admits that she had given SG the password. MS is open - "when I first met you, SJ had warned me that you were a flower-snake (gold-digger) but I disregarded that, as I loved you so much".  He says he will divorce her.  She is hanging on to his leg, and he is about to cry.

 

- JA recalls what SU said earlier, and can't sleep. YJ checks on her, and she acts like she is sleeping.

 

- Mr. Jang takes SH home and comments on her looking so happy.  She says there will be a shareholder meeting with good news soon. It's a secret for now. He kisses her hand, and Ajussi shows up on time. Buffoonery time, about "fair play" and all that.  Mr. Jang wants to go inside for a coffee.  Ajussi objects and Mr. Jang asks, "is this your house or something?".  Ajussi has to shut up.

 

- YSJ has got Ms. Hoe to have a drink and she hides the drinks as everybody walks in. But they get caught for drinking. They want tea but Ms. Heo is too drunk to make it.  Ajussi offers to help her. Ms. Heo is touched.

Once again @jayakris You rock.. This will hold me until the subs are out..  Now even MS admits his daughter was right.. I think I can see the outcone of this so called shareholders meeting.. SH will hold one claiming she's the biggest shareholder on the company only to maybe escorted to the police station behind those stolen shares that she'll have to give back.. How embarrassing.. They got the evidence against YS brother and also..  It was no way possible that YS could lie and say she knew nothing about what her brother was doing all signs point to her as she's also involved..

Ep 33. Recap Part-2 (from 16:30)

 

- The lawyer hears from his secretary that an urgent shareholder meeting has been scheduled in 2 days. It's about changing the CEO.  The lawyer tells the secretary to make an urgent trip to USA.  He needs to meet somebody and bring a document with him. He needs to be back before the shareholder meeting. (The poor guy will die from jet lag?)

 

- MS goes to meet SH.  She acts like she didn't know that the shares she bought were from MS, who can only laugh.  She says she wanted those shares for a long time, found the shares available for after-hours trade and just bought them, that's all.  He says he knows that his BIL wouldn't do this for no reasons, because the selling amount would only come to MS.  He says he now knows why she did this. To make SU the chairman. "But that won't happen" he says. She smirks, and MS says he will do everything to make sure that NJ, and not SU, will become the successor at HK. She laughs, and sends him out.  MS: "I think it was so fortunate that my SJ did not become SU's wife". The feeling is mutual, says SH.

 

- Ms. Kim is unable to convince some clothes factory to take up on producing the Team-2 designs. She thinks it's because the factory manager is worried that SU would be the HK successor later. The team is worried.  NJ gets a call from the lawyer, asking for NJ and SJ to see him.

 

- MS is at CS' office, and CS explains that what he was worried about has happened. The shares have been sold in an after-hours block deal. MS tells SJ that SG did it. She is mad - "so it was SG who stole the share-transfer forms too!".  It's only now that MS knows about the burglary. NJ says he had the door code. MS knows that it was stolen off his phone.  SJ wants to report this to the police, but MS thinks they don't have much evidence now.  NJ asks what happens now, and CS tells him that SU/SH will become the majority shareholder. "What about our contests then?", asks SJ. MS: "No need for it, I guess".  Once SU becomes the CEO, he is the HK-successor and everybody knows it.  NJ says this must be why the factories are not agreeing to produce their designs with the nano-tech fabrics.  MS says he will do that.  SJ is thrilled.  MS tells NJ: "Just that you need to promise to be successful".   But CS has the final word - "So now... all that is left is what I need to do".  (The lawyer has some plan with that file from the U.S., so we will see what that is!)

 

- SU is watching JA checking a dress she designed, and comments that it shines, adding "so does your hair too". SH comes in. She thinks the design looks fine. SU tells her that it will be done soon after the Italian laces arrive. SH: "Fine. We should take it to the end, even if there may be no contest.  We're professional, after all".  YJ comes in. SH deliberately brings up the wedding engagement, and JA just goes to her desk.

 

- YJ goes to DS' cafe, to whine about her designs not getting anywhere.  Now SU is getting engaged too. She always wanted SU and now he is getting engaged. DS sympathizes with her. He wants her to take a gift to SJ. She doesn't want to, as JA will only get mad.  He can give it himself. Go to the company lobby and give it there.

 

- Team-2 is happy that SJ's dad will produce their clothes.  They all go "fighting!".

 

- SH walks out to the lobby with SU, telling him that NSJ's mom had talked about an MOU between the two companies, with regard to some resort construction.  They see DS trying to get the receptionist to give the gift to JA, saying "I'm the husband".  SH hears that, talks to him, and asks the receptionist to take the gift to JA.

 

- MS goes and gives YS the divorce papers. She cries, but MS says he has decided. No use discussing it any more. She keeps going, saying she loves him.  He turns to leave and she is doing exactly what I want to do right now; upchuck... but for a different reason than I have. (THE END)

Niw why MS don't want those shares reported to the police.. He still trying to protect his richard simmons.. There's plenty enough evidence to prove brither and sister is behind it all.. Also please tell me she's not pregnant..

It really does not matter he was not going to divorce her he just going to be stuck in a horrible situation of his on making and he deserves it.
