Last Japanese movie you watched?

I've previously seen the 2021 edition wherein the main cast were in blue robes rather the trademark pink for the opening number Hiraritu Sakura. The Takizawa Kabuki Zero 2020 movie is incredible with all the colours and fanfare.

 

Members of the main cast Snow Man played characters in different acts as either protagonists and antagonists. 🙂

I dont like the genre and some scenes and characters are pretentious. But all in all, I liked the movie. 

Baku and Kijo were so likeable and nice. 

 

 

 

The guy with the Rubik's Cube was interesting.

 

 

 

The ending...it seems to me that Baku is the new Leader of the Club, but Im not sure.

I expected more of his backstory.

Ooo, this is somewhat like C-ent's booting ceremony when a drama production starts.

 

 

All good things being said by the author, illustrator, and director of the movie. They're impressed with Meguro Ren as Haru and Hayato Sano as Gaku in the official website of Trillion Game movie. 🤗

@MayanEcho Woo hoo! but 2025 .  Yeah, let's start a thread for Trillon Games!  There wasn't one for the drama, right?  Can we combine both in one thread?  Maybe not since the drama already aired.

I think it's doable with either combined or separate threads? Even if TG1 aired last year, it's connected to the upcoming movie, and there's a strong chance of TG2 as well.

 

I'm a bit amused that they're going to go for casino business, after taking over Dragon Bank conglomerate. 😅
