@alleram95 thank you so much for your first hand translation whenever we waited for subs to come out. The waiting period was so torturous and it wS always great to know what was spoken during the impt scenes!

I was thinking that perhaps the way to get over this withdrawal is if I purchase the DVD. Then, I don't have to let go just yet, because I'll have something to look forward to. I'm heavily debating on whether I should I get. I want it but I'm not sure it's in my budget to purchase lol. 

 

If they release a director cut DVD, I will most definitely support it. Just hope it won't break my bank..

I got some questions in my mind...

Does JJ remember or dun remember why he wanted to be a prosecutor? When he was dining with Mimi and ND, he said he can't remember but he is just trolling them right? In actual fact, he remembers why right? 

And what incident are they referring to? Is it the death of his father? Maybe he decided to study to become a prosecutor because he remembered their history and decided to be one for her? ND and Mimi keeps on talking abt the year where he was very listless. I'm abit confused over those parts. Something abt Mimi saying he's glad JJ picked himself up after. So before he picked himself up,  were they referring to that year where he was trying to recall their memories? 

To be honest, although I loved the complete ending.. I'm also wondering what happened to mum and the gang after they shifted to the beach house. Wished this portion was answered for too. Hahahs. I know I'm being greedy here. Heh.

The director's praises for LMH is so nice. Reading all of their ending messages brings me to tears. Is it really over? Is this where it ends? Did they really say goodbye? Please don't go.

@Kris Silva omo omo what a coincidence  even my fav pairing of LMH was with PMY. i shipped MinMin couole so hard while watching CH but now its JJH & LMH  JunChung is my most favourite pairing among all LMH shows now. So Sassy girl is a movie? Apologies, i thought its a drama. Heard about it in LBS only.  Trust me i dont fall for actress, i donr become actress fan easily. To be frank, JHH is the only actress i love. I dont have any fav actress in Bollywood(Indian film industry) or Hollywood. But JHH have something in her which made me love her.  made me her fangirl for life.

Neither i can move from LBS so early but im trying too. I'll save this re-watching spree once oppa leaves for MS. im gonna miss him like hell.  He is the only korean actor whom i love so much,so hard. (I have crush on so many oppas but love is reserved only for LMH & JCW)

I don't think it has to be this way (everyone's memories erased), but it is the story writer-nim has given us.  I think she wants to emphasize that the love of Dam-ryeong and Se-hwa transcends time, space, and memory.  Others may forget Shim Cheong, but not Heo Joon-jae.  His body remembers.  His heart remembers.  Wiping everyone's memories showed this difference.

I don't think the fact of SC is now a secret, just that she is a mermaid.  (So, no secret wedding.)

I recognize a few gaps in logic, but I won't pick at them because I want to enjoy the drama as it was presented, realizing that it is a work of fiction, and fantasy at that.  I think a few details might have been sacrificed in the editing room in order to highlight the main theme of true and everlasting love.

The ending was very different from what I envisioned, and for that, I actually LOVE it all the more!

Very satisfying ending! Married, with a baby on the way, and living by the sea! Would have loved a bit more, but it was a happy ending and all I could ask for! This will be a drama that I will watch on repeat like I do with Oh my Venus, lol.
