Time jump - 1 year later. GS (without the wig) is sleeping at JS's office desk when he comes in and brings her something to drink. They have a comfortable relationship - the chat before she leaves (by the way herwhole style changed as well).

She runs out to give a presentation about a design for star group. Next she meets with her convenience store friend (at subway - anyone suprised?) She hands him a gift before they dig into their subs.

We see DT arrivng at the airport and when he sees a cookie at the floor he picks it up and eats it (ha, some things never change). He goes straight to JS's and GS's company and is at awe whne he sees the new and improved GS. He wants to call out to her but that's when JS leaves the company as well and GS and JS leave together (DT is clearly jealous).

JS and GS arrive at a restaurant and they meet up with JS's father who is happy to see GS and tells her she looks great. DT followed them to the restaurant and wonders what it'S all about. We see JS's parents an GS's/GM's parents all being at the restaurant - they are sitting in seperate rooms but it'S clearly a meeting of the families as GS and JS opens the doors the rooms. The two ladies make up and the two dada are glad to have their bromance back.

Next day - JS and GS and work - GS has to give a presentation and JS encourages her. She is waiting at the presentation room and DT is entering. She is shocked to see him and DT acts cold as well and tells them they should sit and start the meeting. GS's colleague gets a call and DT tells her she should take it so she leaves the room. As soon as she's gone DT asks GS how she is. She asks him what all this is about and he talks about her changed style and everything - the atmosphere is clearly weird. When the colleague comes back in DT gets up and leaves while GS looks shocked.

NExt we see GS telling JS that the meeting failed. We see DT at his new office at star group being deeply in thought and when Js storms in asking him when he returned he doesn't look to happy. The two boys sit down for a chat and DT tells him that he saw GS and him at the restaurant, meeting the families. JS starts to laugh and tells him he misunderstood. JS tells him how much GS missed him and everything and suddenly DT looks relieved again. He asks JS for hepl to set up a meeting.

Next we see DT at a restaurant waiting for GS and wehn she comes in she asks him why he called her out. He has already ordered the food so he tells her she should eat first before they discuss the contract between her firm and star group (why do I have the feeling that he hid the ring in her sushi salad?). He observes her eating but she suddenly tells him she is not hungry and he should enjoy his food before getting up to leave. He gets up to stop her and she tells him whether he actually knows how much she missed him. She starts to get mad at him while he just takes in everything she tells him and even takes her hits. Wehn she starts crying he pulls her into a hug and tells her he is so sorry for everything she went through. He also tells her that his dad is better now but that he missed her like crazy as well. She kicks him onto his lower leg before storming out.

The images do give the impression that JS is not over GS which is rather annoying at this point and it was wrong for JP to ignore GS for a whole year. But who knows still a bit of time to unwind this......well 5 minutes anyhow.

two of my pet peevs in finalies are time jumps and airports as if that resolves things....i swear only bored writers with lack of inspiration use these things in stories.

DT is waiting for her in the morning. She ignores him but he stops her. Gets her to the rooftop. He asks her to marry him and kisses her.

She says yes (sort of) and then kisses him.

But to JS's office. GM comes in, they go for a drink. She tells him honestly what happened.

JS's dad is back to the office at Star Group/ He is happy about it!

Glad they are together but I really hate endings with #1 - the guy leaves, cuts off contact and expects the girl to wait for him. Then #2 the girl is mad for like 5 seconds then is okay again. I wish they did the finale differently. But NGM is awesome at comedy,. He should do these kind of roles more. Mina was a surprise. She did really well. Although half way through the writer kinda didn't do much anymore with GS.

DT is back to being a lawyer and getting paid with food and not money. He is working with his aunt again too.

Cut to GS in the rooftop room, she is looking at plower pots in there. She remebers all the moments she had with DT there.

DT comes in, late and says sorry.

They are being cute and then tell each other that well... they love each other.

Next day - GS walks around her neighborhood where DT is sitting at the bench waiting for her. When she wants to walk past him he stops her. He grabs her wrist (why - can't you fid her hand?) and drags her to the rooftop appartment. The appartment is completely empty - just a flower pot with a new seed standing in the middle of the room. DT leeaves her alone for a second and she reads the card attached to the pottet seed - when DT comes back she asks him what all that is about. So he grabs the pot and takes out the ring he hid in it. He is mad she did not follow it'S instructions and ruined his proposal. When she is not reacting the way he hoped he grabs her for a kiss and tells her that he actually planned to propose wy before going to America. He takes her hand and puts the ring onto her finger, telling her let's get married GS. She gives her answers with a lot of small kisses and DT is completely smitten and happy. He thanks her.

We switch to JS's office - GM is knocking the door and asks whether they could go for a drink. When they are at the restaurant she asks whether she can speak honestly. She tells him everything about the past - that she knewhe was star group's heir when approaching him and also that it was GS who told her that he was in danger when she rescued him at the restaurant. She apologizes but tells him that somewhere along the way she really saw him as who he is and not his position. She aks for a new start and the two drink their beers.

We switch to JS's dad being back at his Star Group office. He gest a call and gets ready to leave (and suddenly me stream froze). We see him and his whole family being back at grandma's mansion where they greet DT's dad and aunt.

Next we are back at DT's old office he used as laywer and he's back at counceling people in need without charging them. is aunt is back to being his office manager. DT suddenly remebers he has an appointment and leaves. MEanwhile GS is at the rooftop appartment and remebers all the first meetings with DT smiling happily. Suddenly Dt comes running in and apologizes for being late. Theay are cute, they kiss and they hug. They tell each other how they missed each other and they tell each other how much tehy love each other. Their journey ends with a hug....

End...

Partially agree that while all the other main characters tended to move forward GS didnt after a while. Also in part the chemistry was starting to wain there a bit as well, cause i wasnt feeling it after a while and it wasnt from GS suprisingly. But JS running around after her with those moon eyes were just irritating me to no end.

But yes if we were to come up with a list of common themes to these Kdramas that annoy us there will be quite a list. But WOOT happy ending and my couple are together now..........lol
