Annyeong haseyo chingu. What I mean from my previous post is for the whole traditional music instrument also the folk singer. That's why I said "their brother & sister" . Maybe because I was born in modern era & I'm not grew up influenced by traditional music so my ear were not familiar with it. Also maybe because the twang heave too beautiful so hearing it makes me feel sleepy. But it doesn't mean I don't respect it, off course I respect it highly because my country also rich in culture. I just have a different preferences in music.   

About my opinion about the song clip you're tagging me. Hmm it will be a long post here  so better for me to put in the spoiler tag for the convenience of others. And please do remind that I'm not an expert so sorry if there's a misinterpretation

Okay from my point of view the song clip that you're tagging me is different with traditional music that I mentioned above. I would still take it as a modern music. It did contain a traditional instrument represented by the Daegeum but I saw it as a collaboration. The reason is the piano/ keyboard still as the music leader with playing the chord, the tempo come from the drum, the guitar deliver the tenor instrument using the effect sound ( if I'm not mistaken I don't hear a guitar bass here), the trumpet & Daegeum as the soprano instrument that completed the tenor voice of HCY. HCY also sang it with modern way that's why Daegeum needed there to deliver the de javu vibe tickling the audience emotion because it's an old song. Daegeum plays very important part here although he fill the spot as filler but I don't take it just like that, it's more appropriate for saying it as HCY featuring  Lee Saenggang.

So if you're asking me did it make me feel sleepy? I will answer you with "ARE YOU KIDDING ME??" this is the type of festival song because it also represented the country it self, it has that majestic aura so if I was there watching it live I'm definitely gave the standing ovation for it.

About your favorite singer here, thank you for introducing him to me. Even this is the first time I watched & hear his performance. No doubt he must be a singer that sing better live rather then his recorded song. Why?? simple because with all the music digital technology now you don't need to put too much effort sing on the studio rather than sang it live. That's why I feel disappointed watching some of well known Korean singer live different with their recorded album. There's no correction if you sing it live, you just given 1 chance either to blew people's mind or blew people's ear . Also most of typical voice timbre of Ksingers have a thick vibrato. Vibrato can be the greatest strength in ballad song but it also can make pitchy so the singers have to be very good on controlling their emotion & good hearing. Singing in huge stage with big audience can be burdensome for mentally & technically, because the ambiance there will makes some difficulties in hearing & if we get too carry on with the emotion it'll affect our pitch. That's why I acknowledge singers who sang perfectly in a live show. And this guy here I like his voice timbre, tenor with deep voice so he can hit the low & high note with perfect pitch & for the female singer I like Hyorin (Sistar)  Those kind of singer need those kind of big stage to gave them challenge sharpen their wide range vocals. 

Oh btw if you have spare time can you tag me the different genre of HCY song?? like up beat song, because I would like to know if he also have the groovy side too. If he do, wow he's a complete singer

You know much more about music than I do, I don't even know what vibrato is without googling   But although I don't know about music techniques etc, I love reading anything about HCY's singing voice, especially if he's praised   HCY was a vocal coach for some years, hence he has good  voice control and he can also change his singing voice.  HCY is more well-known for singing sad ballads; but when his hair is swept upwards, that usually means he is going to sing an upbeat song .. and dance (he used to be a B-boy  )  Here he is singing "Lies"  by BigBang on Hunan (Mango) TV:

Argh! It's raining hard in my place right now so our internet connection is acting up again. Thank god, just saw the new release BTS, and Park Bo Gum's laugh. I can't get enough of it. Hee

And I knows its been noticed by lots already but really, i really want to commend their chemistry even behind the scenes. Our otp is rocking their chemistry on and off, just amazing! And I'm happy that even though its hard filming and it almost drained out their energy, they never lose their smiles. 

And for the sword fight bts, its amazing as it was in the film. They both seriously work hard for it and I'm just glad that every hard work was getting paid off.
