Yes!!! I remember binge watching this show a little later. Tvn dramas were a little progressive back then too I guess. I remember this show being too funny.

Do you know how many episodes it's gonna be? I haven't watched the UK or the Korean version, so am unsure if I want to start it. Let me know your thoughts after ep 2, please.

I watched both. Knowing that you like lakorns, I think you will like it too. I liked both versions. They had the right amount of makjang for me to like.

I'm in ep5 of Detective Chinatown drama version. I must say, that I'm enjoying the sceneries, apart from the mystery/thriller genre with a dash of paranormal activities, hehehe.

Hell, no! I stay away from Kim Sun Ok`s crazy makjang dramas as long as possible.  I can`t stand the nonsense in her dramas and shoutings. I thought you are not touching her dramas either after The Last Empress.

Even the cast is pretty impressive! Lee Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Shin Eun Kyung, Uhm Ki Joon....Guess she's gonna kill them all off by ep 2. The total costs for salaries will be lower that way.

There are two seasons. They will need them until the end of the drama.

 

I am grateful that Kim Sun Ok gave my girl Kim So Yeon a succesful role but I still hate Penthouse. What nonsense of a drama. But I liked the ending. The only regret... it was that she did not kill all the major characters.

 

7 escape drama  has a good cast too. No doubt that there is an audience for Kim Sun Ok`s dramas. Perhaps if I could shut my brain while watching, I could enjoy the craziness. Not my kind of drama. I will read your comments about the show if you`ll decide to watch.

Funny fact...

 

Uhm Ki-Joon replaced Shin Sung rok in Penthouse.  If he did not do it, we could have seen Shin Sung Rok in the majority of Kim sun Ok`s dramas. Both are good actors. No matter the genre, the actors want to work.

I am more curious if Uhm Ki Joon will apprear in the next drama of Kim Sun Ok after 7 Escape.  I bet he will.

When she will `forgive` Shin Sung rok or Choi jin hyuk?
