JTBC’s “Doctor Slump” has shared a hilarious sneak peek of its next episode!

“Doctor Slump” is a romantic comedy about two former rivals who reunite and unexpectedly become each other’s light during the darkest period of their lives. Park Hyung Sik plays Yeo Jung Woo, a star plastic surgeon whose thriving career suddenly falls into danger due to a strange medical accident, while Park Shin Hye plays Nam Ha Neul, a workaholic anesthesiologist suffering from burnout syndrome.

On the previous episode of “Doctor Slump,” Yeo Jung Woo and Nam Ha Neul rekindled their romance after their painful breakup. Yeo Jung Woo mustered the courage to seek out Nam Ha Neul and confess his feelings, and the couple sealed the deal with a romantic kiss.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode, Yeo Jung Woo and Nam Ha Neul couldn’t look happier as they sleep in the same bed while facing one another.

However, this bliss is short-lived: when Yeo Jung Woo wakes up in the morning, he is shocked by something he sees in front of him. Nam Ha Neul, who gets up shortly afterward, is also clearly caught off guard by the sight.

Later, when Yeo Jung Woo attempts to go to work after changing into a suit, he encounters an unexpected obstacle in the form of Nam Ha Neul’s furious mother Gong Wol Sun (Jang Hye Jin). As he tries to leave, Gong Wol Sun grabs him and elbows him in the back with an enraged expression, suggesting she is none too pleased about finding them in bed together.
