I'm thinking why not Netflix, but Disney+. You know Disney+ is only available in few countries. LJS is widely popular Hallyu Star with strong fanbase internationally. There is no way Netflix would not be interested in Big Mouth, great ensemble cast with good plot. It's possible Disney+ paid more. I just hope for the best.

Yes, Disney paid significantly more. I'm sad about this because Disney+ is not universally available (and so far at least in the case of Snowdrop, they didn't air the drama internationally until it was well over with in Korea).

Ikr? I'm watching currently airing two dramas of Disney+, Rookie Cops and Grid. Both are Disney+ original dramas, really good quality production but the promotion really sucks and they don't know how to create buzz with these great casts. The major downfall is only available in very limited regions. 

Big Mouth has higher chance because it will also air in domestic tv network, TVN. LJS is rating magnet, I don't really worry. But the military comeback of A-lister is really important.

Upcoming MBC drama “Big Mouth” (literal title) shared its first stills of Lee Jong Suk!

“Big Mouth” is a hard-boiled noir drama about a third-rate lawyer who winds up in charge of a murder case that turns him overnight into a genius conman known as “Big Mouse.” In order to survive and protect his family, he must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.

Lee Jong Suk stars as Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer with a 10 percent success rate who unexpectedly becomes known as the notorious conman “Big Mouse.” Due to his terrible success rate, Park Chang Ho is behind on paying the monthly rent for the office as well as on paying the salary for his office manager who is also his father-in-law. Unable to take this situation any longer, Park Chang Ho’s wife Go Mi Ho (Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA) asks for a divorce as he is pushed into a corner by a frustrating reality that doesn’t improve no matter how hard he tries.

Amidst these difficulties, Park Chang Ho receives a request to defend for a murder case for the first time in a while, but it only leads to him being falsely accused of being “Big Mouse” who is known as the king of the underworld, making viewers wonder if Park Chang Ho will be able to safely escape this conspiracy.

The newly released stills depict Park Chang Ho’s transformation from the lawyer “Big Mouth” into the genius conman “Big Mouse.” Despite getting teased as a third-rate lawyer, Park Chang Ho always looks professional in the way he dresses.

 

 

However, another still captures him in prison uniform with a wounded face. Although at first glance he appears despondent as if he has given up on everything, Park Chang Ho’s gaze remains as sharp as ever. “Big Mouth” is a hard-boiled noir drama starring Lee Jong Suk as Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer who winds up in charge of a murder case that turns him overnight into a genius con artist known as “Big Mouse.” In order to survive and protect his family, the “big-mouthed” lawyer must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.

 

YoonA will star in the drama as Go Mi Ho, a confident and resourceful nurse who is married to Park Chang Ho. Although she is an extremely devoted wife whose support made it possible for Park Chang Ho to become a lawyer, she hasn’t been able to reap the rewards of her efforts: if her husband’s shaky legal career weren’t enough to deal with, she soon finds herself consumed with worry when he is falsely accused of being a con artist.

 

To save her husband and their family, Go Mi Ho ultimately jumps into the fray herself to try and clear his name—and only time will tell whether she’ll be able to drag her framed spouse out of the mud in which someone has maliciously buried him.

On July 1, MBC shared new stills of Yang Kyung Won as Gong Ji Hoon, the CEO of media tycoon Woojung Ilbo, and Kwak Dong Yeon as Jerry, who has been convicted of fraud three times.

 

The first photos of Yang Kyung Won as Gong Ji Hoon showcase his sharp charisma as he sports a suit without a single wrinkle. Gong Ji Hoon is smart and sensible, to the point where he beats out his older brothers to take over their family’s media company.

 

Gong Ji Hoon is also the leader of NR Forum, a secret organization of powerful business tycoons, and he harbors a lot of unresolved political ambition. As if teasing this ambition of his, Gong Ji Hoon always has a confident attitude, making viewers wonder whether he’ll be able to overtake the genius conman Big Mouse to get what he wants.

 

 

On the other hand, Kwak Dong Yeon plays Jerry, who has utmost respect for Big Mouse. Even his name is derived from “Tom and Jerry” to showcase his love for the conman. Kwak Dong Yeon’s stills capture Jerry’s coy grin, but with three convictions already under his belt, viewers know better than to assume that there isn’t a terrifying side behind his happy smile.

The teaser begins with an unidentified man looking out the window. The subsequent scenes hint that violence has broken out. “Big Mouth” (literal title) has given a detailed look at their unique character ties!

 

MBC’s “Big Mouth” is a hard-boiled noir drama about a third-rate lawyer who winds up in charge of a murder case that turns him overnight into a genius conman known as “Big Mouse.” In order to survive and protect his family, he must expose a huge conspiracy among the privileged upper classes.

 

In the new character “Big Mouth” character chart, the complicated connections between the citizens of Gucheon are drawn out.

 

First, there’s third-rate lawyer Park Chang Ho (Lee Jong Suk) and nurse Go Mi Ho (Girls’ Generation’s YoonA), a typical married couple navigating a harsh society. Park Chang Ho takes on a heavy-duty murder case that seems likely to help him gain both fame and money, but it instead turns him into the conman “Big Mouse” who ends up in the Gucheon prison.

 

While under the close watch of prison guards Park Yoon Gap (Jung Jae Sung) and Gan Soo Chul (Kim Dong Won), Park Chang Ho as Big Mouse immediately becomes the prisoners’ target of interest. Among these prisoners are Jerry (Kwak Dong Won), a conman and diehard fan of Big Mouse, and Noh Bak (Yang Hyung Wook), an attempted murderer.

 

When Park Chang Ho’s life changes overnight as he’s framed as Big Mouse, his wife Go Mi Ho’s life is also changed too. In order to prove her husband innocent, Go Mi Ho starts investigating the intriguing ties between her workplace Gucheon Hospital and NR Forum, a secret organization. She also gets help from her dad Go Ki Kwang (Lee Ki Young), the director at Park Chang Ho’s law firm, and Park Chang Ho’s fellow lawyer Kim Soon Tae (Oh Eui Shik).

 

Park Chang Ho cooperates closely with political prospect Choi Do Ha (Kim Joo Heon), a former star prosecutor and the current mayor of Gucheon. Choi Do Ha is especially interested in helping Park Chang Ho out of his political ambition to beat Gong Ji Hoon (Yang Kyung Won), the CEO of his enemy Woojung Ilbo.

 

Choi Do Ha also wants to take over Gong Ji Hoon’s secret organization NR Forum, where leaders in politics, economics, media, and education gather to discuss their influences in various fields. Interestingly, a part of this organization is Hyun Joo Hee (Ok Ja Yeon), the director of Gucheon Hospital and Choi Do Ha’s wife.
