Dispatch’s 2022 New Year’s Couple: T-ARA’s Hyomin And Soccer Star Hwang Ui Jo

Dispatch has an annual tradition where they reveal a pair of top celebrities who have been dating in secret. And this year, Dispatch’s New Year’s Couple for 2022 was announced as T-ARA‘s Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo.

 

According to Dispatch, have been dating long distance for three months. Dispatch were able to spot the two together at the end of 2021 in Switzerland in front of a luxury hotel in downtown Basel. The two spent time together as Hwang Ui Jo was on break, as the French Ligue 1 took a two week break.

The two leaned on each other as support, especially as Hwang Ui Jo suffered a hamstring injury in October. His recovery time was the same time as when Hyomin was preparing for her solo album, and the two comforted each other during their difficult times. They began officially dating in November 2021.

 

As of now, agency representatives for both Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo have stated the two are in the early stages of their relationship and are still getting to know each other.

 

 

Last year, Dispatch revealedthat Crash Landing on You co-stars Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jinwere in a relationship, and the two are still together as of the publication of this article.

North Koreans have mixed reactions to Son Ye-jin – Hyun Bin’s hit drama “Crash Landing On You”

The drama is watched by many North Koreans.

It is said that many people secretly watched “Crash Landing On You” in North Korea. According to Daily NK, which specializes in news of North Korea, some of the North Koreanssecretly watch dramas through USB and SD cards delivered by smugglers and Chinese traders and mobile phone messengers.

 

It is said that the reactions of North Koreans who watched the drama were divided into critical and positive. 

 

The critical opinions pointed out that the drama did not fit reality. They said that “the son of the General Political Bureau is a small commander in the province,” “a North Korean defector guard,” “why people in Gaesung use Yanggang’s tone,” and “the scene where a whole unit of soldiers go to South Korea comfortably” are some unbelievable parts of the drama.

 

However, some North Korean positively praised the drama, saying, “It was a love story between a man and a woman living in different worlds,” “There were good efforts to draw our ordinary lives as they are without speaking ill of the government,” “It was good they didn’t speak ill of us,” and “The drama shows the North Korean defecting kids and depicts realistically South Korean items secretly sold in out marketplace.”

 

Meanwhile, North Korea’s foreign propaganda media outlet Uriminzokkiri criticized <Crash Landing on Our People> by saying, “We are actively engaged in conspiracy propaganda that throws out false and impure anti-Republican movies and TV dramas full of fabrication.”

A character poster filled with the splendor of 'Thirty, Nine' is catching the eye.

 

 

JTBC's new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Thirty, Nine' (Screenwriter Yoo Young-ah/Director Kim Sang-ho) released character posters of Son Ye-jin (Cha Mi-jo), Jeon Mi-do (Jung Chan-young), and Kim Ji-hyeon (Jang Joo-hee), making people feel good just by looking at them. The eyes are focused on the visual. 

'Thirty, Nine' is a real human romance drama that deals with the deep story of friendship, love, and life of three friends who are about to turn 40. Son Ye-jin, Jeon Mi-do, Kim Ji-hyun, Yeon Woo-jin (Kim Seon-woo), Lee Mu-saeng (Kim Jin-seok), and Lee Tae-hwan (Park Hyeon-jun) are raising expectations with a solid cast.
