Maybe? But so far there is no mention of his blindness in the synopsis except in the trailer which they briefly mentioned it..

But there surely is something wrong with his eyes, from the trailer. No mention of his wife too right? The daughter is the link between Tae-yul and the woman.. Maybe they will give more hints during the talk? But they really should do more promotion for the movie already, it's been too quiet. :sweatingbullets:

Actually I am not too sure what promotions do movies usually have besides a trailer and some pictures? After all it is only 100 minutes long,can't reveal too much haha. Anyway about the wife, my guess is that she is dead, since divorce in the Joseon era must be quite rare. But how did she die? During childbirth or killed by the Ming or Qing people?
