Jan 17, Actor Jang Hyuk has been offered to appear in the movie 'Swordsman'.
An agency official, Sidus HQ, said, "We are currently under proposal for a 'swordsman' appearance.

Jang Hyuk was offered to act as a blind man in 'Swordsman'. It depicts the story of a blind swordsman and his daughter against the Qing Dynasty in a confused situation where Ming dynasty is declining and power is replaced.

Jang Hyuk has previously performed in drama 'Chuno' and the movie 'Volcano High', capturing the public. It is  looking forward to the blind act of Jang Hyuk because he is trusted through his previous work 'Beautiful Mind' and the current broadcasting  OCN weekend drama 'Voice'.

On the other hand, Jang Hyuk is appearing in the drama 'Voice' and is about to release the movie "Ordinary Person""with Son Hyun-joo.

@Prettysup  Thanls for the thread opening, JH playing the roll of a blindswordsman this I have to see but to bad it probably want come to a site for me to watch probably not until the end of the year or the first of next year.. I'm liking the loneup for the older actors the young one I don't know to much about and can't even remember if I ever saw him in something..

Top South Korean Actor Jang Hyuk is rumored to return to the big screen through the action-packed movie "Swordsman". The actor will reportedly be portraying a sword fighter who is bling.

According toAskKPop, the movie 'Swordsman' will focus on telling the story of Tae Yool and his daughter and the story will reportedly be set during the time of ancient China. Allkpop reports that the sword fighting movie will be produced by Opus Pictures. The company is known to have produced hit movies such as the 2010 film "The Man From Nowhere" starring actor Won Bin and actress Kim Sae Ron and the 2013 film "SnowPiercer" starring Hollywood actor Chris Evans, known for his performance in the "The Avengers" series, and actress Go Ah Sung.

The actor, Jang Hyuk, known to have played lead roles such as Lee Dae-gil in the 2010 drama "The Slave Hunters" and Kang Ji-goo in the 2013 film "The Flu" has been offered the role of a blind swordsman in the new film. Yeah I guess they assume he is already in and forgot to report it haha... he had said verbally during his interview in Singapore Star awards that he will be filming a historical movie starting in May, and all his sword fighting and horse riding instagram posts should be quite obvious.. And the other articles about other actors have said he is confirmed already.
