Aw, gee.  The 4 love birds better not start wavering now.  If they do, it will mean things are going to get stupid.  And, as I've previously said, I'm not staying on the ride if the ride turns out to be Space Mountain. 

Then, I realized  that we are only at the mid-way point of the drama, since this drama is listed for 120 episodes.  Will this mean that President Moon and SR will be up to no-good for the next 50 episodes?!!!  Kill me now...  

Oh, yeah.  I noticed that Myung Joo super-sized her white headache bandage.  I guess she decided to save time and effort by wearing one large one, instead of two regular sized ones.

Oh good!  I guess this drama doesn't rile you like MLBMS  (snark)!   I've been reading that thread and laughing at all the comments, especially Baduy's.  Reading the comments is better than watching the drama, which would raise my blood pressure.  I've only watched two episodes of the drama.  And, it's on already on ep. 36.  

Even though this drama may still detour to a train wreck,  at least, we've had 60+ good episodes without brainfarts and absurdities so far.   I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

So, I was right in that Chairman Moon is going to use the lost of Manwoldang to threaten them.    Well, Chairman Moon is thinking only to the tip of his nose because his action pushes YS into a corner, from which she can only emerge by leaving Manwoldang.  And, rest assure that SW will not allow her to go alone. 

Actually, both DIL's legal relationship to Manwoldang had ended a long time ago.  They were no longer obligated to live there.  If they had not been living there at this point, the Moon parents would have no one and nowhere to go with their complaints. 

So, the ladies need to move out of Manwoldang so that Halmoeni and HJ have no control over them.  And, anything that is done to Manwoldang, by Chairman Moon, is useless and will come back at him as negative publicity.

We don't have the entire back story on Mr. Coffee and HJ yet.  And, it seems he still harbors romantic affections for HJ.   I've been waiting for him to step up and show some backbone, like JW and SW, to honorably reveal his feelings.

I'll give him credit for making an attempt to visit HJ, at Manwoldang, with flowers.  Unfortunately, timing was not in his favor.  But, he hasn't done anything more since then.  And, even confronted by GS, it doesn't seem like he's been firm and adamant in putting her in her place.  After being caught by GS, I was disappointed that he didn't march into Manwoldang and formally ask for the hand of HJ.  

Since each of the three guys chose a different approach regarding his love life, it will be interesting to see the results.  On one end, Mr. Coffee chose the traditional route of patiently, meekly and mildly, waiting decades for the 'right time' and approval.  

On the opposite end, SW is choosing the respectful, but adamant and steadfast, approach.  

Then, we have filial JW, who tried his best to live according to his parents' dictates, only to become so miserable that he is now in full-fledged rebellion clawing, and willing to forsake everything, for his own happiness.

I'm glad for HW and JW I hope they have a good life and are very happy.Also I hope this wakes up PM and MJ before their other son decides to do the same. The fact that SW and YS have chosen to stay and try to convince them says a lot about them. I hope that PM and MJ come to appreciate what a good son JW was now that he is gone. Without their whipping boy I wonder how well they will function.

I totally agree with you.  She doesn't love him anymore.  And, she hasn't for a long time because what love and respect she had for him was slowly eroded over the years as she waited for him to find his backbone.  Unfortunately, for SR, he found his backbone with HW, not with her.  But, that's what has made JW attractive to her again.

Someone should tell her: 

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.

All the king's horses and all the king's men

Couldn't put Humpty Dumpty together again.

The relationship between her and JW is 'humpty dumpty'.  And, neither the king's men nor the Moon parents can put it together again.
