Here’s my take on the boy who always got bullied at the alley behind Sunny’s restaurant.

Clue 1: The boy is poor.

Boy: Give it back!
Bully: Where did you get these cookies? Did you steal them?
Boy: I did not! My grandma bought them for me!
Bully: Did she beg for them?
Boy: Don’t say that about my grandma! Wind bomb!

Thus, I don’t think his grandma is the triplet granny, because she looked like the most affluent one among the three in the photo.

However, there is another granny we know who looks poor. She may not look like one now, but children still see her as a granny.

Also, the boy always carried the same red backpack.

 

Clue 2: The boy’s mom ran away.

Bully: Hey, are you homeless? You don’t even have a dollar on you?
Boy: You don’t have it either!
Bully: That’s why you should go get it. Then we’d have it.
Boy: Don’t hit me! Wind bomb! Bully: He’s crazy. Did you hear what he said? Your mom ran away because you watch too many cartoons.

Some said the boy is the same boy whom Samshin healed in the hospital. They look different to me, so I’m not too sure about that.

Samshin: You suffered too much. Your mom is worried about you. Good boy.

But if the mom were worried about the sick boy, why would she run away? Also, I’m not sure how this side story – even if Samshin were indeed his granny – would play a role in the grand scheme of things.

@makeuptemple Sorry I've to reply you here because your question was unrelated to the drama. Bogum only uses twitter, he doesn't use ig because he feels restricted by the fact that he can only post photos. There are quite a few fake ig accts posing as Bogum, so many people get confused too. Fans have left comments, only to be deleted and blocked by them. We've also reported them, but as you can see, these fake accts are still around.

While reading this forum, I suddenly had a thought. Maybe this is wrong or it could be right. I am posting this shamelessly LOL 

WY as GR once said this to ET while discussing her fate as a missing soul:

"9.. 19.. 29.. The worst comes before you become perfect."

And then he narrated: 

This world requires order, and 9 is the lowest closest number to 10, a perfect number that symbolizes the almighty. I wish you luck then as well.

So it's really interesting that everything took place 900 years after the Goryeo incident. Maybe that in the grand scheme of things, 1000 is the perfect number. So like GR said, the worst comes before you become perfect; as in the past has to be resolved before the time comes to a full circle.

If this is true then after the worst things can only get better right? Right?  *still sobbing from ep 13*

Beauriful and I Miss You are my favorite OSTs in this drama..  I Miss You reminds me a lot of Jisun(loveholic) songs, Reaper/Sunny and i feel sadness everytime i listen to it. While Beautiful just makes me smile and makes me remember the warm orangey color of quebec with our main couple  in there

Mine fav same, so far at the first place is Sam Kim's Who are You. Then followed by OST Part 11 Kim Kyung-hee's (he is amazing!!!) and battling between Beautiful by Crush/Heaven (Roy Kim, Kim Ye-ji)

I love most the OSTs, so refreshing with its fantasy theme

It is interesting that this story always include the 9 number in everything of major moments like the age of Goblin, Goryeo, EunTak as missing soul, etc

It will wow us at the end, but please be logical so we are dropping jaws in awesomeness :')

i have been away for only five minutes lol. and gosh I have to read 2 pages.   @__jesse yes samshin grandma is the clue..  that's what we all suspect... may not be his paternal grandma, but for kids at that age any elderly women is a grandma.   @lacremedelameme 3, 6, 9, etc are called sacred numbers, 3 ,6, 9 etc are repeating angel numbers for those who believes in angelic realm
