Oh, and I still opt for a happy ending. The power of praying can change one’s fate. Remember how KS should have been dead if not for earnest pray from his people? So, fate is not an absolute factor here. Plus, I love what ET said to KS in episode 6, ‘The decision I make will form my future’...

I want a happy ending

I disliked the ending in "mirror of a witch" and "Prime Minister and I"
I hated the ending from "MLSHR"
I was ok with the reincarnation ending for "Arang and the Magistrate"

But I really do hope that the writer stays true to herself ... as much as I read she had never written a sad end so far ... or do I wish she has not?

@princess nour90 no offence please, it's just a reality. That article you've posted it's advertisement of that drink KS was promoting in ep8. It's sponsored article about that drink. :)) I agree with you that main leads brand power in hit dramas are always huge because of the ratings and loyalty of the audience. And as a main actors of the most popular drama right now they will be highly used for PPL (sometimes in really awkward way). But Chanel and Dior coats, Tag Heuer watches as hot topic for sales? Chinese can be target audience for such ppl but not Koreans. They will buy parfume, juice, water, books, toys, cakes and ice creams, coffee, some might buy bags which girls are wearing or even candels since all this items are affordable. Watches and coats for 2000 USD and more are not affordable products. It might be few who have same already or will buy same (I have seen posts in Instagram with Tag Heuer watches men has been posting that they have same as GY and LDW had in first eps and later) but it will not create massive effect like with books, perfumes, ice creams,water, veggie juice, hats, coffee, toys.

And knetz are mad about ppl in ep8. I think that they should calm down at least with Subway  otherwise they will experience a lot of critics and it may bring not the best impact on drama's image. 

I haven't saved that article after ep 8, will try to find. But it was in top and trended with a lot of critisizm for PPL. So far drama is loved and that's why people excuse PPL. But I don't want knetz to hate on drama more and more due to Subway or Chicken or else ppl.

2. [+995, -11] Samshin grandma's entrance scene is so cool..Eun Tak won't think of removing the sword anymore now that she knows that the goblin will die.. From the goblin's perspective, that's pretty harsh

This is too cruel. Did Kim Shin have greater sins than the Grim Reaper? What did he do to have this kind of fate? ㅠ The drama has been amazing this whole time but the last part sent me over the edge. It's heartbrealomg that they have to think of each other's deaths. Is a happy ending even possible? ㅜㅜ If Samshin grandma doesn't have the solution, Deok Hwa must have it. If the god is a butterfly, it wouldn't have appeared next to Kim Shin for no reason. Let the goblin and his bride have a happy ending ㅠㅠ

Are we watching same drama? ;))) They have fate and destiny connection and sad love story (it has been mentioned even by the Deity to junior GR) and it's not related to their looks. It's just coincidence that both have God and Goddess looks which belongs to actors actually. That's also my they're called Visual Couple. Do you think that GR hasn't seen beautiful, even extremely beautiful woman in his loooong life? They have connection from their past life when they were King and Queen. And I don't think it's because King and Queen have been beautiful in their part lifes 

 

I know I will be questioned about my thoughts of Sunny/Reaper portray of lust, but I'm genuinely curious. Why would they emphasize so much of Sunny being super pretty and grim reaper being super handsome (as said and awed by many characters in the drama from Euntaek, Sunny herself, Sunny's surrounding people, and reaper's workers?) At first I thought maybe it's just a inside joke when they cast Kim Go Eun who is not as pretty as the other heroines in previous KES's works (compare to Song Hye Kyo, for example). But as times goes on and the pretty statement get reinforced, I just wondered if it means anything else. 

We don't know yet about the Queen and King relationship in the past lives. But the Queen is also a very pretty woman, and the young king also seems star strucked by her beauty? I really don't know, Sunny/Reaper relationship really have a lot of different interpretations because they're the most mysterious ones in the drama (due to lack of screen time).

Hahaha LOL we thought the company should replace the models to GY and Wookie...

I had a hard time moving on from that drama bc of the sad ending and false hope for the special episodes....

but i also was (a lil bit) unsatisfied with the last half episodes of W even though it has a happy ending.... 

Someone said "beginnings are hard but harder to make perfect / decent endings" because we expect a lot from endings...

(as you said before) and i hope they will explain how GR can hold a paper cup with their hat on...  ahhhh maybe when they hold stuffs (phone, paper cup) with the hat on, it will disappear too just like the hat and clothes

@blademan MLSHR ending is worse than UF imho... hehehe...

@LyraYoo  Great summary of the souls taken care by GR LWB in the tea shop ! I was thinking along similar lines and wondering also about the people Goblin meddled with : especially ep 8, the father about to commit suicide and the little daughter : Goblin said, it was the daughter who saved the father, not him. Very enigmatic 

I re-watched ep 1 - 3. At the end of Ep 2, the camera zoomed in on the two missing souls forms. One has ET's name and birthdate/time but the other one is blank ! No name.
