Though the trial isn't finished. Seems the defense team is stronger  and the resto guy would be found not guilty.

HJ is an important witness. First, she noticed that the chef wouldn't sell a whole chicken (a part was always missing) and secondly, she saw him feeding the kitten which were poisoned later. The victim was poisoned and didn't die during the accident.
