I think people should go to the big accounts on twitter, facebook, and instagram and tell them to let people know W is airing this week. These past few days they been telling folks it's not. So what does this mean? If the athletes does bad, they air it? Or if they do good, they don't air it? Lol. I mean....they had to have known their drama would air during the Olympics. Like scheduling plans for that. So i guess we wait?

W – Two Worlds Korean Drama Plot Predictions: How The Show Would End

W-korean-drama-750x490.jpg

W Korean drama starring Lee Jung Suk and Han Hyo Joo has captured the hearts of viewers. Since its release date on July 20, the show has been getting impressive ratings and is now being hailed as the No. 1 drama in Korea.

Many love the story that focuses on Kang Chul and Oh Yeon Joo who are from different worlds. The former is a lead character of a web cartoon written by Oh Sung Moo, who happens to be the father of Yeon Joo. The paths of the characters of Lee Jung Suk and Han Hyo Joo crossed in W Korean drama when she was dragged into his world and became the new character of the famous web cartoon that has millions of readers.

Things become more complicated when the author of the web cartoon decided to end the story by killing the lead character. His daughter, who believes that the character is real, is trying to make him change his mind. For years, he authored the life of Kang Chul, but the character is now fighting back to reclaim his life.

The complicated situation makes it difficult for Lee Jung Suk and Han Hyo Joo’s characters to freely express their feelings for each other. He hates her father for making his life story miserable. Though forgiveness could be given, living in two different worlds is another hindrance for them. Here are some predictions of how the W Korean drama might end.

Chul Lives In Yeon Joo’s World

To give their love story a chance, Chul might choose to give up his world and live with Yeon Joo in her world where he is a nobody. To be with the woman he loves, he would need to give up the wealth and fame he is enjoying in his world.

Yeon Joo Lives In Chul’s World

If not Chul, Yeon Joo might be the one who would make a big sacrifice since his life was ruled by her father even in the beginning. But it would be a difficult decision since she will be leaving her family and friends behind.

Two Worlds Become One

Chul and Yeon Joo would not need to make big sacrifices if their worlds become one. If this happens, they might lose their memories together and start over again.

W Korean drama airs every Wednesday and Thursday on MBC, as per Asia Times. Do you agree with any of the plot predictions above?

Two worlds become one.... they might lose their memories and start over again. Based on my 10years as a Kdrama fan, I've seen dramas that had this ending. Sure, it was likely the best for the two worlds to become one but then... to loose all their memories and start all over again... I'm not sure if I'll be ready for that. avatars-onion-455311.gif

I guess one of the pros, was that Chul wouldn't remember all the hardships he went through.. but then, how about his memories with yeon joo? It's like Yoo seung ho's Remember all over again?! scary-onion-head-emoticon.gif?1292862517

BUT... this is just a speculation soooo... I"ll just hope for the best. I"ll put my trust on writer-nim. relax1-onion-head-emoticon.gif?129286251

@evie7 you're welcome chingu. But this morning there was news released about the broadcasting of episode 7-8. "W" will be aired or not this week depends on the results on the olympic athletes in the previous competitions. How can MBC be so indecisive? This kind of thing happened during SWP time. That time MBC decided to air 1 episode only :phew:  I hope this time they will grant our wish that "W" will be broadcasting 2 episodes as usual. Regarding siggy, just like i said to @nonski you will see Jongsuk in my siggy soon hahaha..

“W” Postponement For Rio Olympics Causes Heated Reaction

“W” Postponement For Rio Olympics Causes Heated Reaction

Previously, MBC posted an official statement announcing the potential cancellation of “W” in order to broadcast the Rio Olympic Games.

On August 9, they released another statement, saying, “This week’s episodes of ‘W’ will be pushed back in order to broadcast the Olympics.” MBC then listed the matches that would air instead of episodes seven and eight. They concluded their statement, saying, “After the previous match results are released, ‘W’ is scheduled to air, but it might be postponed once more. Due to the 12 hour difference between Rio and Korea, the broadcast network will make their decision in the morning.”

Viewers strongly reacted to the news, and expressed their frustrations through MBC’s main homepage, social media sites, and online communities. Comments like, “they are making a mockery of the viewers,” and “confirm the normal broadcast,” were posted on viewer community sites. On the other hand, there were some viewers who said they wanted to watch the relay broadcasting.

“W” airs every Wednesday and Thursday on MBC. Catch the latest episode on Viki!

The next episode of MBC's "W - Two Worlds" may not be released on its regular airing date, which should be on Aug. 10.

The on-going "Rio 2016 Olympics" have pre-empted MBC's "W - Two Worlds" this week, forcing the network to reschedule episode 7 and 8 to a later date or air at 10:00 PM (KST) as planned, contingent upon to what extent the Olympics run, All Kpop reported.

Why is MBC playing with us? Other broadcast station never pull this sort of stunt. I really dislike MBC :confounded:

In the first place, they anticipate 'W' to be highly rated drama. Now because of Olympics, they decide to postpone the most exciting episodes??

Wanted already cancelled just to broadcast the Olympics, why do MBC need to postpone theirs? Do they even understand this?
