Park Ha-seon to star in “Temptation”

Actress park ha seon is starring in the new sbs drama "temptation". Park ha seon's agency claims, "na hong joo is a character that she's never experienced before".

Actress Park Ha-seon is starring in the new SBS drama “Temptation”.

She is Na Hong-joo, a patient and calm character who yields everything for her husband Cha Seok-hoon (kwon Sang-woo). She’s used to resignation because of her poor family circumstances but meeting kwon Sang-woo was a miracle for her. She marries the man who shone light on her shadowy life and they get along very well. However, they come into conflict when they meet Se-yeong (Choi Ji-woo) in Hong Kong.

“Temptation” is about a man who is pushed to the end of the cliff, making a choice he can never take back and finding out the true meaning of love between four men and women.

Park Ha-seon‘s agency claims, “Na Hong-joo is a character that she’s never experienced before”.

To be released in July after “Doctor Stranger“.

Kwon Sang-woo and Choi Ji-woo to reunite after 11 years

kwon Sang-woo and Choi Ji-woo are reuniting. They have been cast for the new SBS drama"Temptation". This is the first time in 11 years since the 2003 drama "Stairway to Heaven".

It seems like a trend. There have been several cases so far where both an actor and actress have previously co-starred in a drama, then end up starring together in the future. Lee Joon-ki and Nam Sang-mi are another example and Jang Hyeok and Jang Na-ra as well. MBC "Hotel King" Lee Dong-wook and Lee Da-hae also have a history together.

There are various opinions about these reunited couples. Some say, the glory from the past will repeat itself and some say, it's boring and dull. kwon Sang-woo and Choi Ji-woo, Jang Hyeok and Jang Na-ra, made big hits in the drama "Stairway to Heaven" and "The Successful Story Of A Bright Girl". Lee Joon-ki and Nam Sang-mi co-starred in "Time Between Dog and Wolf - Drama" and Lee Dong-wookand Lee Da-hae starred in "My Girl" both of which were not known as best hits but were acknowledged for their qualities.

It seems like a lot of discussion is being focused on exceptionally successful dramas. kwon Sang-wooand Choi Ji-woo are the leading characters in "Temptation". There will be much to discuss about these two, and the pressure on them will be greater than before given their years of experience. Although it's not unexpected, many anticipate how they will change.

There's a lot of history that goes on between a pair that has worked together before, even though may have not been revealed to the public. Some of them turn around and swear never to work with each other again after all that mellow in a drama. Or a scandal breaks out during the making of a product and in the end, it leads to a halt in production and leads to splitting up. It's no surprise that the collision between two actors or actresses is troublesome for the crew.

Some of them smile in front of the camera and say they are close and friendly but there are several cases when it's the exact opposite. That's why this reunion in particular is more meaningful.

The result of this reunion, other than kwon Sang-woo and Choi Ji-woo, is affection for each other and faith. The relationship two people create in the tough conditions of production is great support for each other. It also means they acknowledge each others' talent and skills.

Apparently when casting, the productions don't think about a reuniting couple as a priority. However, when casting runs into a limit or difficulty, it's easier to bring back old couples instead of taking another risk. Many shake their heads at this decision but recent results show the faithful and humanly ties which resonate between them. It fair to say they are also all kind at heart.

Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Ji Woo were reunited at the first script reading for upcoming SBS Mon-Tues drama 'Temptation'!
Kwon Sang Woo, Choi Ji Woo, Lee Jung Jin, Park Ha Sun, Yoon Ah Jung, PD Park Young Soo, writer Han Ji Hoon, and more attended the first script reading at SBS Tanhyun Production Center on June 16. This marks Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Ji Woo's onscreen reunion after 11 years since their SBS drama that started it all for many fans, 'Stairway to Heaven'. As expected, it was like not much time had passed with Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Ji Woo's teamwork during the script reading.
The drama's rep commented, "All of the actors perfectly channeled their characters with passion, raising the anticipation for the enthusiasm to be seen on set... We ask that you look forward to the new images that the actors will show through 'Temptation'."
The drama is by PD Park Young Soo and 'Dr. Jin's writer Han Ji Hoon and portrays the story of a married man who has a relationship with another woman for money to pay off his debt. 'Temptation' is set to premiere following 'Doctor Stranger' this July!

Choi Ji Woo and Kwon Sang Woo Reunite for Script Reading of “Temptation” ddangha June 19, 2014 0 Comments

SBS‘s upcoming melodrama “Temptation” has released stills from the first script reading. 

On June 16, the first script reading of “Temptation” was held. This was the first official meeting of the main cast which includes actors Kwon Sang Woo, Choi Ji Woo, Lee Jung Jin, Park Ha Sun, and Yoon Ah Jung. Producer Park Young Soo and screenwriter Han Ji Hoon were also present with the rest of the staff. 

Although the mood was friendly with the cast joking around with each other, as soon as the script reading started, they became very serious and immersed in their roles, according to staff that were present at the reading. 

“Temptation” (working title) is a melodrama about a married man who ends up selling his body to a rich heiress. It will replace the current SBS drama “Doctor Stranger” during the Monday and Tuesday slot.

Is that all people that involved in this drama? Usually during the first script reading pictures. There are so many people around the main table. Hope that they will released the individual pictures soon. 
Any overseas shooting involved? Hope not. Since it is drama SBS, will watch it delay on my TV. Although not as the same time as Korea.
