What Japanese drama are you currently watching?

Kase was involved from the beginning and he killed Akira. I liked this actor (Kase).

His character was interesting. 

I didnt understand how Akira found out that Yu killed Kosuke. 

Poor the reporter girl...her story was so sad.

Finally a drama where the detectives are smart and capable.

I watched the first episode.  Im already interested in the story between Haru and Karen.

Dragon Sakura:  I suspect the sensei Sakuragi will be the unorthodox teacher who helps students not typical UTokyo material granted admission to the university.  He seems like an interesting character.

I guess it all started when he helped Rio's father. After that he fell in love with Rio. 

I think it was all  because of her. 

He is a killer and should be punished for his crime, but he ran away from the police very smoothly and disappeared.

I liked it.  

 

 

House of Ninjas

ep 3

I like Haru, his brother, Tawara(the father) , the Granny and the Head of the Ninjas Management.

but somehow it is a bit uncomfortable that ninjas are portrayed in a humorous and romanticized way.

It is a little strange that the dad doesnt know whaat is going on in his family. 

Im pretty sure Gaku is alive. 

 

The screen is dark and because of that I dont understand some scenes.

Anyway, the drama is funnier than I expected.

Started House of Ninjas, done with 1st ep. I'm amused with the wife, she's bored out of her skull! She's the realist in the family, and as of what I've seen, granny as well.

 

Ai ya, another Gaku and Haru pair up, LOL! I kinda feel Gaku lived, but perhaps not living as a shinobi does anymore.

Dang!  Gaku is with the Fuma's.  Granny is still pretty good!  I feel bad for Haru.  I'm still on episode 8 as I'm writing this, but I feel that Haru and Karen will end up together.  Oh no, the brothers are fighting!

When I was in Japan a few years ago, I cant remember if I ate the dish gyudon.

Gaku is Crow, he and the girl Ayami are a strong duo. But Gaku saved his brother. hmm...

those rules are quite strict for the shinobis...Haru and Karen...that was sad...

especially in ep 5...it is my fav episode. He and the Grandma are funny and capable team.

I like gyudon.  I buy at the Japanese market, but I think I like a fast food place, Beef Bowl, better.  I've only had it plain, not with an egg.  I do like shoga (red) on it too.

Still watching Dragon Sakura.  I like it; nothing original, somewhat predictable.  The one student I'm interested in lost both parents, so he and his older sister are trying to run the family restaurant , but are in debt to loan sharks.  He dropped out of the special UTokyo classes to help more with the restaurant.  The sad thing is that he really wants to learn, possibly for the first time, but now he can't.  I suspect the sensei and his assistant will help the student somehow.

All the characters are interesting and have their own story. 

 

Ishido is smart and vigilant and I like the rivalry between him and Toranaga. 

 

 

 

Hiromatsu... He seems to be completely loyal to his Master (Toranaga)

Finished Dragon Sakura.  It was a good drama.  Sensei taught the kids lesson, not only about how to get into UTokyo, but about life, humanity.  One kid who was a jerk in the beginning risked his chance to get into UTokyo by helping someone he once bullied.  Only negative is I'm not sure what happens to sensei at the end.

Shogun:  Dang, I didn't realize that I have to wait until tues for the next episode.  Just when I was getting into it...........

The scene in the prison visiting room...At least the FL took initiative...

 

 

 

The scene, when the FL was seeping, was romantic at first and then it was hilarious when the ML hid 

under the bed and then he crawled out of the room.
