*** I'm happy that tvN’s “Jinny’s Kitchen” is becoming a hit. On March 4th, a post was posted on the online community theqoo with the title, “Mysterious brand that is gaining attention without PPL every time Jinny’s Kitchen is broadcasted.” The original poster said it was “OO hot dog”, a hot dog brand and a part of the episode, saying, “The reason is that Park Seo Joon made it look so delicious. The brand is gaining benefits from it without PPL (advertisement).”  Well, there's nothing that PSJ can't do. In the video, he, who is in charge of cooking as a chef at “Jinny’s Kitchen”, made a potato hot dog for intern BTS’s V. He received the recipe and cooking directions directly from an actual chef for filming. He handled everything as well as a real chef, receiving praise from the cast members. The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from February 5 to March 5.  TV Chosun’s popular audition show “Mister Trot 2” defended its position at the top of the list. MBN’s audition show “Fire Trot” similarly held onto its spot at second place. tvN’s new variety show “Jinny’s Kitchen” debuted at third place.     "Jinny's Kitchen", fighting!  Good job! On this second episode, there were an influx of customers at their Korean restaurant in Bacalar, Mexico. The next episode of the show airs on March 10 at 8:50 PM KST via tvN and TVING for viewers in South Korea, and via Amazon’s global OTT Prime Video for viewers overseas. Congratulations to the whole cast! "Jinny’s Kitchen" is a must watch TV show. It is the perfect mix of wholesome, funny and entertaining - Keep going! Love their chemistry and so natural. Joining Pharrell Williams and Bigbang’s G-Dragon, South Korean actor Park Seo-Joon is the latest male celebrity to offer his twist on a French wardrobe staple: the Chanel tweed jacket.

 

On Tuesday, the Itaewon Class actor attended the maison’s fall/winter 2023 show at Paris Fashion Week, where Chanel designer Virginie Viard showcased her latest collection. To stand out at the star-studded event, which was also graced by fellow Chanel ambassadors like Blackpink’s Jennie and Penelope Cruz, Park wore a royal blue Chanel tweed jacket over a crisp white shirt. His outfit was complete with a pair of black pants and smart, black square-toe shoes.

 

Choosing to complete his suit with a classic women’s jacket instead of a typical blazer was a bold move (and one that Coco Chanel herself would have approved of). But Park took his style statement even further: he wore his pointed shirt collar over his jacket, offering a twist to the collar-over-lapels styling trick that was popularised in the ‘70s by Hollywood icons like Al Pacino and John Travolta.

Park’s Chanel jacket also warranted a closer look. The K-drama star pinned a Chanel “CC” logo brooch and a pink camellia flower to his tweed, softening the swagger of his ensemble.

Our final verdict? It’s yet another winning look from the Gyeongseong Creature star, who is known for his refined style just as much as his acting chops. @backstreetboysfan  thanks for sharing this. PSJ truly radiated dazzling vibe during the Paris fashion show. I watched the clip and he said something to Jennie that she couldn’t stop laughing. She looks close to her. As the cameras were flashing, she asked, “Oppa, did you smile?”  He hilariously replies, “Yeah, just slightly.” In response, Jennie starts laughing at his response. After seeing her turn away to laugh, he stood before her to block the cameras, explaining, “I’ll cover you, I’ll cover you.”  PSJ has good manners and a gentleman. He is truly a sweet guy. It’s no wonder he is loved by so many! And I notice that they truly seem comfortable around each other.  While taking pictures with her, it looked as if he had his arms around her waist—but in reality, his hand did not touch her and just hovered around her waist.

The brand's iconic bouclé jacket is strictly womenswear – and it's becoming big in menswear, too

 

Park Seo-jun's gone viral again. The Korean actor, for whom most social media platforms ignite whenever he leaves the house, attended the Chanel show on the last day of Paris Fashion Week. Twitter blew up following him being filmed having a little conversation with Blackpink's Jennie. Playing up to the fanfare, Jennie uploaded a picture of the actor to her Facebook. Again, viral.

 

 

But a bigger move still is the 34-year-old's outerwear: an iconic bouclé wool jacket that's been a Chanel lynchpin ever since the brand was founded 113 years ago. And it's not even for menswear. Chanel doesn't even do menswear. But despite that, he go-to rich lady marque for rich ladies the world over has seen a formal introduction of its Upper East Side elegance to guys across the board. Pharrell Williams and K-pop star G Dragon are but two famous men who've made a flex of a bouclé jacket. 

And the winning steak continues. Seo-jun's jacket – which came with a Chanel ‘CC’ brooch pinned to the front, and a small flower – is usually part of a skirt-suit combo. It's historically been a favourite of First Ladies, and second wives. And now that stuff is hypey, especially in Seo-jun's fit. The upcoming Marvels star went classic and vibey all at once with a pair of floaty black trousers and a fanged-out camp collar ssouhirt. A flex. 

In this age of max self-expression, it's another sign that the old rules are weakening. And it's proof that traditional womenswear cuts can (and often do) work in traditional menswear looks. We all like good tailoring – and we all like good jacket. Nice work Park Seo-jun.
