She may have not won the Best Actress award, but she's always a winner in our hearts. Let us Congratulate Secret Garden for winning the Best Drama, Yoo In Na for Best New Actress and Hyun Bin for winning the Daesang! She was wearing a black and white halter style gown. She looks gorgeous and elegant as ever! I love the hair and make-up too. I must have missed it but i didn't see her on the red carpet.
