Nice that he is finally going to be another drama. Crime thriller sounds good.  I think he is a great actor but I honestly didn't think the story of Adamas was very good so I hope the story for Connection is much better. He deserves to be in a drama with good script.

@sunny88  I do agree with you although, the drama was intelligently written, with well rendered characters and a complex crime thriller plot so, it's engaging. "Adamas" isn't for everyone. The show had a very promising start and suddenly started to drag making it a hard watch. And the ending.....ahhh.... forget about being satisfied. The ending of a drama makes or breaks the whole drama story and "Adamas" didn't escape this trend. The ending didn’t match up to the expectation for a series that was crafted so well. The finale leaves a lot of stones not turned as it finishes open-ended. "ADAMAS" is like an intriguing book which is missing a few pages from the last chapter. It leaves the viewer feeling that the story was left incomplete. But, Jisung has done a great job acting these two roles. The last episodes had lots of scenes that the twins were together, so, it must've been so hard for him to play both roles at the same time but he did that perfectly.   :kisslevel:

SBS has shared a suspenseful sneak peek of its upcoming drama “Connection”!

“Connection” is a new crime thriller starring Ji Sung as Jang Jae Kyung, a well-respected detective who is the ace of the narcotics unit. Jeon Mi Do will star as Oh Yoon Jin, an opinionated and outspoken reporter who works at a newspaper.

The newly released special teaser begins with a news report announcing that drug-related crimes have been rapidly increasing and that the government is waging a war on drugs. Viewers are then introduced to Jang Jae Kyung, the principled and highly skilled detective who is “the pride of the narcotics unit.”

However, Jang Jae Kyung’s world is suddenly turned upside down one day when he falls into a trap. After receiving a mysterious text message from someone called “Doctor,” Jang Jae Kyung is viciously attacked from behind—and when he wakes up, he finds that he is now addicted to drugs, entirely against his will.

As Jang Jae Kyung struggles with his new addiction, someone asks in voice-over, “A detective in the narcotics unit is doing drugs?!” When a man remarks, “Something does smell fishy about this,” Oh Yoon Jin responds by nodding confidently. She goes on to ask someone, “They’re trying to cover up this incident, right?”

*** Red Velvet‘s Seulgi just opened her own YouTube channel! She drew while answering questions in her first video, opening up about various topics. One of these was on her ideal type. Seulgi answered honestly that she tends to like male characters from shows or films that she is into at that moment. Ji Sung  (Dr. John) is one of the actors who stood out to her the most:   :kaching3:

"All In" (2003)

As a child, Kim In Ha could only watch as his uncle swindled people through gambling. Once grown, Kim's innate skills give him the chance to enter the dangerous world of underground gambling himself. Though facing high risks, Kim is determined to raise enough money to reunite with his first love. All In humanizes gamblers in a nuanced character study coated with drama and romance. While light on action, critics commend the film's stellar cast and emphasis on emotional connection over gambling stereotypes.

*** Recently, Lee Bo Young had a photo shoot with a fashion magazine. After the photo session with the magazine, Lee Bo Young participated in an interview. Here, Lee Bo Young mentioned that her most recent moment of perfect happiness occurred with her family. During the interview, Lee Bo Young was asked about her upcoming series "Hide" where she acts a character named Na Moon-young as she tracks down the secrets entwined with her husband's sudden disappearance. When asked whether she had ever imagined herself in a situation where Ji Sung suddenly disappeared, Lee Bo Young  said, "I never had those thoughts. But I did contemplate that if my husband had only shown me one aspect of himself, like Moon-young's husband, I might not truly know him. I mean, I don't even know myself well. How could I possibly know every aspect of my spouse simply because we're married?"

*** Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung were recently seen having a sweet moment at a baseball game. The game was live-streamed exclusively by the online streaming service Coupang Play; among some famous faces spotted in the stadium were Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung. While they were sitting close together and holding hands, the camera captured Lee Bo Young dragging Ji Sung's hand to her side and taking a picture of the white bands on their wrists that game goers get when they buy a ticket. They still seem to be in the honeymoon phase after more than a decade of married life, I could not stop talking about how adorable they were. On March 21, Ji Sung shared two photos from their stadium date on his Instagram account. Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung never fail to show their love and support for one another.   :heart3:
