@LHRCN, yes that's true. PD's are looking for lead actors and actresses with big fan bases. They are not considering the acting ability of those that they are choosing. Ratings are more important than having a great and meaningful drama. I hate that too. I mean, the drama nowadays are memorable not because of the story but because of the FAMOUS people on it.
That's a sad thought. Well, okay. I'm not gonna hope that Jo In Sung and Kim Hyun Joo will be paired. I do think it's impossible na.

배우 김현주가 지난 2011년 전 소속사와의 법정소송을 마무리했다.

10일 법조계에 따르면 서울남부지방법원 민사16부는 지난 3월20일 김현주와 그의 전 소속사 더에이치엔터테인먼트(이하 더에이치)가 벌인 수익금 반환 소송 및 청산금 변제 소송과 관련, 조정을 통해 마무리 지었다. 

앞서 더에이치 측은 지난 2011년 7월 김현주가 드라마 계약금 정산문제와 관련해 일방적으로 전속 계약 해지를 통보해 과다하게 지급받은 수익금을 반환할 것을 요구하며 김현주를 상대로 민사소송을 제기했다.

이에 김현주 측은 2011년 9월께 더에이치 측이 드라마 '반짝반짝 빛나는'의 출연료 총 3억3000만원 중 중 7700여만 원을 회사 채무변제 등에 임의로 사용했다며 맞고소를 했다.

이와 관련, 사건을 담당했던 서울 남부지방법원 관계자는 10일 스타뉴스에 "비공개로 진행된 재판에서 법원이 제시한 조정에 양측이 모두 합의해 사건을 종결했다"고 밝혔다.

김현주 측 관계자도 이날 스타뉴스에 "원만하게 잘 해결하는 방향으로 법원의 조정을 받아들였다"고 밝혔다. 이 관계자는 조정 이유 등에 대한 질문에는 "개인적인 부분"이라 말을 아꼈다.

김현주는 방송중인 종합편성채널 JTBC 드라마 '궁중잔혹사-꽃들의 전쟁'에서 주인공 소용 조씨로 출연 중이다.
