I am so late in watching this drama, just started it after rewatching SFD haha and liked it! (Even tho not as much as SFD) And I saw some names from SFD forum here!! Dunno if anyone is going

Oh Hye Won (40) / Kim Hee Ae 
Director of Planning, Seohan Arts Foundation

As Director of Seohan Arts Foundation, she manages every aspect of the Chairman of the Board, Han Seong Sook, from teaching her music and arts to doing secretarial duty and managing her secret ledger. During college her tenosynovitis worsened and she was forced to stop playing the piano. Instead she became her arts high school alumnus Seo Young Woo's roomate/maid and accompanied her for her education abroad. Upon her return she found her place at the Arts Foundation.

Her husband Joon Hyeong was one of Seo Young Woo's numerous past men, but was dumped as Young Woo married another man as arranged by her family. Hye Won knew it, but still married and has been living with him for 12 years, choosing to decide that her marriage was based on love.

She meets Seon Jae at this time. He is a 20 year old young man who doesn't even realize his natural born talents. That innocence is what she finds so tender and loveable about him. The occasional masculinity he lets out, the earnest light in his eyes makes her dizzy. She is set to become the CEO of the Art Center soon, but she's about to lose all she's amassed until now and what she will be able to enjoy. However, she's more afraid of losing her young lover.

Lee Seon Jae (20) / Yoo Ah In 
Quick delivery man/ Piano genius

"Am I pretty good?"

He's barely attended his vocational high school and before he knew it, he is a 20 years old senior. He's been working as a delivery man for 2 years now after getting a motorcycle license. He only started playing the piano to pass time while his mother Myeong Hwa went to work but before he knew it, he's reached the advanced level.

Recently, he's started taking videos of himself playing using his cellphone and uploading them to Youtube. His nickname is "I'm a Genius." Then one day, someone finally sends him a message with the nickname "Ignorant Ears." He cuts to the point and tells him to go to the hospital immediately.

This is when he meets Seohan College of Music piano professor Kang Joon Hyeong and his wife Oh Hye Won.They seem to be from completely different worlds, who will have no business with someone like himself, but somehow they want to have him as their student. Seon Jae is excited and brags to Ignorant Ears (who he believes to be a man but is really Oh Hye Won). It doesn't take long before he confides in him that he may be in love with Oh Hye Won.

Kang Joon Hyeong (42) / Park Hyeok Kwon

Externally he's a fashionable gentleman but to his wife Oh Hye Won he's only an ingenuous snob who throws tantrums.

He is displeased that Professor Jo In Seo, his junior alumnus and colleague, has both skill and character and even popularity among the students as the scholar leading the younger faction within the college. He gets madly jealous about the fact that Jo In Seo gets to perform a duet with his protégé and grills his teaching assistant to go out and find him a useful player to help strengthen his position.

That's when an innocent young man (Seon Jae) is caught on his radar. Not only does he have such innate talent but also a touching story and a handsome visage good enough to lead a boy band. What absolute good fortune. Joon Hyeong makes him his student as soon as "discovering gifted kids" expert Hye Won confirms it.

Han Seong Sook (50) / Shim Hye Jin 
Chairman of the Board, Seohan Arts Foundation 
Second Wife of Seohan Group's Chairman Seo Pil Won

On the surface, she's an intellectual full of beauty who speaks elegantly, but in reality she's the type of person whose typical fight with her step daughter includes grabbing her hair and throwing lewd curses at her. People know her as having studied cello at a music conservatory in the U.S., but in reality she used be a bargirl with rich clients, and is a legend in that business. She becomes the legal wife of Chairman Seo by captivating him after he loses his wife. The fact that she can't produce makes her insecure about her place in the family, so she forces the 60 year old man to get a vasectomy through a hunger strike. After having secured the seat of Charman of the Foundation,she scouts Hye Won, and with Hye Won's meticulous coaching, she was reborn as a noble lady.

Seo Young Woo (40) / Kim Hye Eun 
CEO of Art Center under Seohan Arts Foundation

"I have to plaster them with big checks to have a young boyfriend, but that you get him for nothing?"

She went to an arts high school with Hye Won. She's jealous that Hye Won married and made Joon Hyeong, her former boyfriend whom she neglected, into a nice looking professor, so she often treats Hye Won like a maid purposely. The husband that she married as arranged by her family is the Leader of the Group's legal team, so she can't rashly divorce him, so she only keeps up appearances. She indulges in luxury and pleasure, but she's already 40. She's tired of the love that has to be bought with money. While trying to find a good way to stop Han Seong Sook who is stretching her influence on the entire Group and to recover the past loyalty and support of the Hye Won couple, she senses the suspicious current between Hye Won and Seon Jae. That's it! With that, I can strangle Hye Won! She's happy digging on Seon Jae, but she's also jealous.

Seo Pil Won (74) / Kim Yong Geon 
Seohan Group's Chairman. Seo Young Woo's father. The Korean classical music industry's biggest sponsor.

He became a billionaire through construction. He has two goals in spending large amount of money on establishing the arts foundation . 
The first is to create a way to launder his corrupt funds. The second is to feed his vanity by showing off his noble way of spending money by supporting poor artists. He knows about the relationship between Han Seong Sook and Dean Min and the utilization of the corrupt funds, but he doesn't make his move yet. He's waiting for the right time, thinking he will be able to take care of everything at the pivotal moment.

Park Da Mi (20) / Kyeong Soo Jin 
Beauty salon trainee

She's working as a trainee at a Hotal beauty salon. There are more days when she sleeps at Seon Jae's mother's room than she sleeps at her own house that's nearby. She wants to marry Seon Jae as soon as Seon Jae fulfills his military duty. She's not too happy that Seon Jae isn't too much in love with her, but still dreams happily about the day they'll be living together. However, Seon Jae meets Hye Won couple, one of whom is a professor, and he wants to make Seon Jae his student. She suddenly gets scared that he will be someone she won't be able to reach.

Sohn Jang Ho (20) / Choi Tae Hwan 
Seon Jae's close friend and high school alumnus

He's like a son to Seon Jae's mom. He pretends to be a college student and dreams to become a celebrity one day.

Myeong Hwa (47) / Lee Kan Hee 
Seon Jae's mother

She lost her husband when Seon Jae was young and moved around different small cities. She felt relieved to see Seon Jae finding interest in piano and playing with it, so she lets him take piano lessons despite tight budget. She's both thankful and sad to see his now quite grown son working hard to pay off her debt.

Min Yong Ki (55) / Kim Chang Wan 
Dean, Seohan College of Music 
Center of corruption in the classical music field.

He hired Joon Hyeong as professor out of necessity. Han Seong sook asked him, but Joon Hyeong was the perfect person to keep in check Jo In Seo, whom he can’t control easily. 
He happily stepped back when Han Seong Sook, who was his lover at the time, was sought by Seo Pil Won. And with the new gained power, he spread his wings. He wants to be the chancellor.

Jo In Seo (40) / Park Jong Hoon 
Piano Professor, Seohan College of Music

He trained Ji Min Woo, who will eventually become Seon Jae's rival. He's never considered his two year senior Joon Hyeong as his rival and he has absolutely no intention of becoming the next dean, but Joon Hyeong considers him his mortal enemy, and he doesn't know what to do. He married her college friend Yoon Ji Soo, and is living happily with many children. He has no ambition and is content with what he has now.

Ji Min Woo (20) / Shin Ji Ho 
1st year piano student at Seohan College of Music

He was selected as part of the gifted kids discovery program which is the first program Hye Won planned after she started working for the arts foundation, and was trained by Jo In Seo. He keeps close relationship with Hye Won, calling her Teacher, and draws jealousy out of Joon Hyeong and envy out of Seon Jae.

Jung Yoo Ra (20) / Jin Bo Ra 
1st year piano student at Seohan College of Music

She enters the college after getting private lessons from Kang Joon Hyeong through Han Seong Sook.

Kim In Joo (42) / Yang Min Yeong 
Instumental Music Professor, Seohan College of Music 
Seo Young Woo's sister-in-law

She despises students from poor background using cheap musical instruments, cursing them in her fluent German for daring to study music without money and background. 
She laughs at the factions within school and stays neutral, but after hearing that Han Seong Sook is trying to talk Chairman Seo into making Dean Min the chancellor, she sides with Dean Min.

Just love both eps. This story, I hope won't end tragically. Love the vibe between SJ and HW it's oozing chemistry!! Excellent pick for cast members and the story seems to fit them to a "T".

Looking forward to ep 3.
