That he was not trusted by his FIL.  That his every move was being Spied On.  Even his Mobile was tracked.  No lady is allowed to come close to him.  They will get "Disinfected".  How miserable is that?  

 

So instead of opening up to his Wife,  he retreats back into his Shell.

Aha, misery indeed. The old Spanish Lady Maria in her phone conversation with La El said that there was a young man who went to the town in Argentina where La el lived just when La El left town. Maria said that she sensed the same psychical conditioning in that young man as she had in La El. La El, witnessed her father killed, her legacy stolen, her mother missing and KYK an illegitimate child who was used for his talent yet got no respect from his father's family and his mother killed in a car accident. Thus the twin flames, flames of revenge? Dangerous game!! Who will use whom or will they band together in the end for a concerted revenge? Where does  Assemblyman Seo fit in?

In Ep 1, we saw that the Romantic Liaison of Kang Yoon Gyeom and La-El was Exposed.  Who do you think  is the "Whistle Blower"?

 

La-El?     Or is it someone else?  La-El's Fake Mother maybe.  Because she is bent on destroying the Kang Family Business - the LY Group.  Whereas  La-El may be conflicted.  So I doubt La-El will leak the news.

I think LRL or her FRIENDS would be the whistle blowers on affair. If the expensive divorce said in the plot is going to be between KYG and LRL, then he must divorce his wife to marry her, also the scandal is the first step of her revenge. (Or maybe she'll pregnant with an heir) 

 

 

 

 

In the ep. 4 KYG asks HSR when did she started to care about stocks? 5 years ago, before their marriage or even after it? 

 

What do you think was the meaning behind it? What's the significance of 5 years ago? IDK Dabi's age but it's possible that she's 5 so it was after her birth? SR was nearly 40 when she had her (characters' info sites her older than KYG by several years, btw), it would be difficult for her to get pregnant again and has a son  so she's stressed over losing her family and husband's position to her BIL over some male heir

The Whistle-Blower On " Kang Yoon Gyeom & La EL's liaison":

If I were to judge based on Eps 1 - 3, I would expect La EL to leak the news of their Relationship, without any hesitation.

 

But after Ep 4, I'm not so sure.  She may have some feelings for Kang Yoon Gyeom.  She may be conflicted.

 

The Letter Which Was Supposed To Be Sent To Seo Eun Pyeong 10 Years Ago: 

Why was it suddenly sent to SEP?   Could there be a "3rd Wheel" in this Conspiracy? 

 

A Son For Kang Yoon Gyeom:

Great discussion questions. I didn’t notice the rumor was about a daughter of a politician, this changes things a lot. Maybe it is LRL or her mother or it’s even KYG himself, using his secrets and scandal to free himself from HPrs claws. Sidenote, wasn’t it disgusting how HPR told his daughter to have a ‘handle’ on her husband? That’s your first reaction to finding out your daughter was cheated on? You sure got your priorities straight brother, but makes sense what else should I expect from a dog abuser owner (bet those dogs wouldn’t be as killer or violent if he weren’t their owner jusss sayin). 
 

To be honest, I want to put more effort into imagining predictions and theories, but part of me hesitates due to the mere fact of how unstable our female lead is. And how much writers use convenience for their own agenda(LRL getting caught by KYG self harming herself or them bumping into each other in Argentina). 
 

are we gonna talk about her home tho? So it’s bugged? Or is that video screen office she’s in that she was conveniently reading her medical records in footage of KYGs home with bugged devices? What’s going on with that? Probably not his house since they’re the royalty of putting GPS on a loved one and finding out you’re being tracked by a loved one.

1) Han Pan Ro is a Man Beyond Redemption.  He sees himself as God.  Everybody else is just "A Puppet" for him to play around.  I'm  sure his Hounds will turn on him one day.  Because he has trained them to be so Ferocious and Cruel like him.

 

2) Predictions & Theories: Yes.  A bit difficult. 

3) Bugged Devices:  I'm surprised that a Smart Man like Kang Yoon Gyeom has not place Cameras in his Study and Secret Room.  Or has Ra EL's background checked.  A lot of obvious "Loop-Holes" in this drama.

4) Marriage Rules:  Is Ra EL so "Desirable" that a Man will agree to her Rules?

I briefly thought about why isn’t KYG doin a Background check on LRL when SEP was doing on but then forgot to mention it. for 4) I will say I guess she is, because as she recites ‘ruler number one: you don’t touch me unless I touch you first’ or something-he obeys it with no protests, and the scene of BRs dad telling KYG and SR how strict she was about skinship (probably meaning they didn’t kiss or consummate till marriage)(hubby gonna be real mad when he finds out she didn’t do the same with KYG hehe). However one wonders...will hubby forever obey her rules or will there be a time he doesn’t?

Hubby is a dunce  peon who seems to do anything to stay keep up with the Joneses so to speak. If he knows his "wife" is making nice with his boss who is paying his wages and has the power to kick him out of his job and semi cushy life, even ruin him, I don't think he will even bark. We don't know if he may even be on La El's revenge list.

He should be on the revenge being part of the gang that caused her injury and took the signature forcibly.

@lila21  You "hit the nail on it's head" where  Jang Jin Wook (Ra EL's husband) is concerned.  He just want to advance in his life.  And will do anything for that.  No sense of right or wrong.  

He does not  emphathise with others.  No depth.  He cannot read a situation or person.  May be because he is so "into himself".

@minglanfan2 @lila21   Lee Tae Joon (Ra EL's father) wants to develop his company.  He has the BRAINS.   But his staffs and subordinates just want to sell it off for MONEY.  And for that they betrayed him.  These people has No Principles at all.

 

But I am not so sure about Kang Yoon Gyeom.  He is all for the "Merger".  It may even be his "Idea".  Since he wants to move ahead of his Eldest Brother and gets out of his Father's grip.  He moves LY Group from the 30th Position to No 1.

 

But I doubt he is aware of the "Extreme Measures" taken by Han Pan Ro.  To even kill RaEl's father.

 

That he cannot get along with Han Pan Ro, Kim Jang Chul (his Killer-Machine) and So Ra, says a lot about him.

 

Seo Eun Pyeong says he is a Dangerous Man.  I take that to mean that because of his Background, Kang Yoon Gyeom will and can do anything to get what he wants.  He has the "Brain".  And the "Will".

 

But "Murder"?   I doubt that.  Why?  Even the murder of Madam Jung (the boss of the Social Club) already shook him up so badly.  So badly that he has to Push Away RaEl's advances at that time - to protect her.

 

So I look forward to more Revelations about this  Intriguing Man.  This "Enigma".  (I enjoy his Acting).

Eu Pyeong has not done any actions against the Hans as of yet. For Ra El's sake, he had a meeting with Han Pan Ro to feel him out and see what plans Han Pan Ro has. So far, he has gotten a seat in the Assembly, the respect of his peers and associates and considered to be the strongest candidate for the presidency. Even Han Pan Ro was delighted when he learned that Eu Pyeong wanted a visit for a "talk" with him. Eu Pyeong has appeal to the millennial voters, and even younger such as college students. However, he still does not have the power equal to Han and the people of his generation. The only way he can fight Han is to get to the presidency unless he has people who holds power and money like Han to support and fight with him now, someone who  knew and supported Mr Lee the father and family of La El. I can't believe that there is no one who was and is loyal to Lee Tae Joon and his wife Kim Jin Sook. There should be relatives Lees and Kims and friends  on the side silently waiting for La El and her mother to appear. We need Eu Pyeong to take action, against Han. So far he seems timid and careful. Maybe it is still too early in the drama?

At The Beginning Of Ep 5

Kang Yoon Gyeom managed to control his emotions and walked away from Ra-El.  He is actually a good man who wants to remain a good Husband.  But Ra-El kept tempting him till he could not resist any more.

 

It is easy to understand:

1) She is his Subordinate's wife.

2) She is his Wife's close friend.

 

By The End Of Ep 5

The Scene from Ep 1:

- Where Kang Yoon Gyeom went to see Ra-El after his Press Conference, was actually his First Tryst with Ra-El in Ep 5.

- Also the scene where Ra-El  took off her Bath Robe and got into the Rose-Petalled Pool, was their First Bath together in Ep 5.

 

From there they proceeded to their First Love-Making Session on the Bed.

 

All these happening on So Ra's Birthday.  Kang Yoon Gyeom stood her up.  And So Ra was Wailing Like A Baby.  Breaking Things and Throwing Tantrums Like A Spoilt Child.

 

She called Ra-El before Ra-El got into the Pool.

She called her father who was in a meeting and got rebuked.  Ha, Ha, Ha.

 

After Ep 5: 

1) I am 100% sure that Ra-El will carry through with Her Revenge.  I believe after Her Revenge, she will go away with Seo Eun Pyeong.

2) That her husband Jang Jin Wook is on her Revenge-List too.

 

I am glad that Ra-El can stand up to her Fake Mother when necessary.

Seo Eun Pyung helped Lee Ra El by sharing the information he obtained on Kang Yoon Kyum.

The newly released stills capture Lee Ra El looking lost and Seo Eun Pyung taking care of her. Lee Ra El is barely moving with an empty gaze as if she has received great shock, raising questions about the events that will unfold in the upcoming episode. Me too. Because he is an enigma, it makes him a very interesting character. What did he do in Argentina? In the first episode when KYK first saw La El dancing the tango, his first thought was the instrument that was played for tango dancing, the bandoneon, which was considered as the voice and soul of tango music. That was when he really first got intrigued with La El. He even paid a high price just to own the original bandoneon that was on sale at the antique store. La El was also interested in it and went to the store to look at the bandoneon and by chance saw KYK come in to the store. The store keeper pointed at KYK and told La El that he was the richest man who paid for the instrument. So, what is his connection to the bandoneon and what was he doing in Argentina aside from working there at his family's holding company? Why did La El go to the store to look at the bandoneon? What is the connection between the two, Argentina and the bandoneon? We know that they bumped into each other at the house La El was staying when she was  leaving and he was just coming in. Maria said that they are twin flames and as such could end up burning each other. What is the connection between KYK, La El, Argentina and the bandoneon if any? Why did KYK go to the house where La El was staying just when La El was leaving?

No gossip for such an action to raise suspicion of his watchful FIL or LeeRaEl's husband? I hope it wasn't lazy direction/writing/editing and we will have a flashback which justify why the sequence didn't raise alarm bells to derail the revenge game even before it began.
