In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, the relationship between Woo Hyun and UNI Home Shopping president Hyun Wook (Kim Jae Chul) undergoes a drastic transformation. A soaked Woo Hyun appears to be on the verge of getting hit by a car in the pouring rain—and it turns out that the driver is none other than Hyun Wook.

After stopping his car in front of the pitifully drenched Woo Hyun, Hyun Wook looks conflicted as he gazes at her with an unreadable expression.

The next photo offers a sneak peek of the changing dynamic between the two characters: after bringing her indoors to dry off, Hyun Wook personally slips a high heel onto Woo Hyun’s foot while she is dressed only in a bathrobe.

“Kill Heel” is a new tvN drama about the fierce battles between three ambitious women in the competitive world of home shopping networks. Kim Ha Neul stars as show host Woo Hyun, who was once one of UNI Home Shopping’s most successful hosts, but is now just barely holding onto her job. On the previous episode of “Kill Heel,” Woo Hyun finally picked herself up off the ground after her breakdown for the sake of her young daughter. Despite her misgivings about Mo Ran suddenly taking an interest in her, she decided to take her up on what appeared to be an offer of support in order to advance her floundering career. The episode ended on a slight cliffhanger, with Woo Hyun arriving at a restaurant to meet Mo Ran and finding UNI Home Shopping president Hyun Wook (Kim Jae Chul) there as well.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, Woo Hyun gazes suspiciously at a smiling Mo Ran as she attempts to puzzle out the executive’s intentions. Even as she enters into an alliance with Mo Ran for the sake of her career, the tension between the two women is palpable as Woo Hyun remains visibly doubtful about this unusual meeting.

“Kill Heel” is a new tvN drama about the fierce battles between three ambitious women in the competitive world of home shopping networks. In the last broadcast, Hyun Wook (Kim Jae Chul) was drawn to Woo Hyun according to Mo Ran’s plans because she looks similar to Hae Soo (Seo Eun), the woman he loved in the past. Hyun Wook gifted a pair of deep red kill heels to Woo Hyun, who began to open her eyes to her desires, raising anticipation for her transformation.

The newly released stills depict Woo Hyun solidifying her new place at the top. Showing a bright expression both on and off camera, Woo Hyun demonstrates that she has found more leisure in life. Furthermore, Jun Beom (Jung Eui Jae) is just as happy as Woo Hyun is for her return. Although he harbors unexpected hidden desires, Jun Beom’s wide smile in front of Woo Hyun is still sincere.

On the other hand, Ok Sun appears to be in a completely different situation. In the new pictures, Ok Sun is tying her husband In Guk’s (Jeon No Min’s) necktie. Although she appears affectionate, her expression in the following image completely changes the atmosphere. Ok Sun reaches out for In Guk’s neck with confusion and rage evident in her reddened eyes, raising questions about what occurred to the once perfect couple.

Their are so many insinuations and undertones in this first three episodes of the drama. First, it seems that CEO Lee knows or had known someone closely by the name of Hye Su who looked like Woo Hyun and VP Moran knows her too. Then there is that scene where PD Seo Joon Bum knocked on a door and then we see VP Moran smiling as she gets off the bed in her sheers. At first that scene seems to imply that VP Moran and PD Seo were having a secret rendezvous until the scene at a restaurant where VP Moran and Ok Sun had dinner and the expression on VP Moran's face alludes to some deeper feeling of a more intimate relationship than a close friend. (to me that is how good the actress Lee Hye Young is, only one facial expression and she conveys so much meaning). It seems that VP Moran used PD Seo Joon Bum as a buffer to hide whom she had a tryst with, at the hotel but is PD Seo aware? Woo Hyun seems conflicted in her convictions. First she seemed to conclude that VP Moran and CEO Lee had hidden dishonorable intentions and without talking to the CEO and asking for the purpose of the fancy dinner at the restaurant, she makes her own conclusions and walks angrily out of the restaurant. She may have been right but if she followed her intellect instead of her emotions she could have realized that she was given a chance to to explain as well as negotiate for a fair chance and turn that into a business meeting without any sexual connotation. Instead she was angry and run out of the restaurant. Next scene she fell in front of CEO Lee's stopped car who recognized her and before one could count one, Woo Hyun is in a suite with the CEO where she is in a bathrobe barefooted and walks towards the CEO and drops her bathrobe. So, Woo Hyun is not really that wholesome and chaste, is she? It implies more that what Woo Hyun really did was to cut off VP Moran from the deal. She did not need Moran to be a go between, she wants a deal with the CEO herself in her own sensual way. Then she demands a divorce from her woeful husband. The last scene of the 3rd episode we see Woo Hyun saunter into the home shopping center dressed to kill in black which may have been designed by the newly hired avant-garde fashion designer Yang.

 

Everyone thought that she was a gonner after her melt down but here she is marching in like the queen of home shopping wearing the shoes CEO had personally slipped on her feet.

 

In the meantime CEO Lee's crazy, spoiled and insecure wife has suspicions about her husband. It seems that their marriage was an arranged marriage of convenience between super rich families or between a super rich heiress and an ultra-talented, ambitious businessman???

 

Who was Hye Su and what was the history between Hye Su and CEO Lee and why is he married to the horrid, spoiled, crazy woman? There's so much to unpack from this first three episodes.....

 

Sung Woo is so cute crushing on PD Seo who has a crush on Woo Hyun. What a merry go round....

Both JTBC’s “Thirty-Nine” and tvN’s “Kill Heel” saw their viewership ratings rise last night!

 

On March 17, “Thirty-Nine” enjoyed a significant increase in viewership for its eighth episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest broadcast of the drama scored an average nationwide rating of 7.2 percent.

 

Meanwhile, tvN’s new drama “Kill Heel” rose to an average nationwide rating of 3.5 percent for its third episode.

 

Finally, iHQ and MBN’s “Sponsor” dipped to an average nationwide rating of 0.9 percent for the night.

Ahhhhhhhh, Ki Moran continues to stir the pot of witches brew. She plans to have Woo Hyun as the key ingredient to attract the palate of the CEO but Woo Hyun has plans of her own. CEO Lee is the main component or character for which the lives, ambitions and motives of the prime women characters revolve around. CEO Lee is an heir to the home shopping company that his father built. According to Ki Moran, she worked for the elder Lee and before he died he instructed Ki Moran to be the guardian of the son and steward of the business. CEO Lee had known and may have been in love with a woman named Hye Soo who looked like Woo Hyun and he is distracted and unfocused on the business he inherited. According to Ki Moran, CEO Lee's attention is mostly drawn to a love in the past and now to the woman who looks like that cherished woman of the past, Woo Hyun. Ki Moran has a conversation with the loony wife and convinced her to be involved with the management of the business. After a shooting of the home shopping show in a vacation area by the beach hosted by Woo Hyun, CEO Lee sent a text message to Woo Hyun and they meet outside. CEO Lee and Woo Hyun had a slow but short walk where the CEO bashfully and carefully told Woo Hyun about how he feels about her. Woo Hyun is not unaware of the CEO's feelings, as she recalls the encounter in the hotel room where she dropped her bathrobe and was wearing a slinky slip and CEO Lee had grabbed her by her waist to embrace her. It does not seem that anything more happened than that, but why did that image cross Woo Hyun's mind during that cordial walk? When the CEO left Woo Hyun, Ki Moran appeared as if she was waiting for them. Interesting conversation ensued between the two women. VP Moran told WH that the reason they shot the home shopping show outside of their main venue was CEO's doing as he wanted to have a chance to talk to Woo Hyun. That the CEO's attentions and thoughts were all about Woo Hyun. Ki Moran then told Woo Hyun she was put as bait to manipulate the CEO so that Ki could run the business as she wanted like adding subsidiary businesses. Woo Hyun then put in a condition of her own, that if she manipulated the CEO, what is in it for her??? Well, well, well....

 

In the meantime KI, had another meeting with Ok Sun who confides in Ki the faithlessness of her husband who had and still has a mistress for 20 years??? Ok Sun seemed to have been a successful and popular host of the clothing side of the home shopping business and she had many fans who bought the products she was selling. She was popular but there were too many returns which translated to loss in profits. Woo Hyun now replaced her. Ki Moran is the one friend of Ok Sun whom she confides her heartbreak. She looks happy and successful from the outside but hides her grief and heartache.

 

Ki Moran has her own secrets... she sends money to a young man to support his studies. The letter from the young man indicates that Ki Moran considers or thinks the young man is her son. She asked for hair samples from the young man for a DNA test which the young man complied and sent her the hair. If the boy is her son, who is the father? Did she have an affair with the elder Lee who died and the father of the present CEO?? I am conjecturing here, but if the young man is the son of the dead home shopping CEO, is that the reason why Ki Moran is determined to make the home shopping business grow and expand for her son????

 

Are we ever going to know the history of Hye Su and CEO Lee??? Why is he still in love with this woman from the past, the girl whom he let get away???

On the previous episode of “Kill Heel,” Woo Hyun shocked everyone at the network by making a triumphant comeback after her on-camera breakdown. Meanwhile, Mo Ran attempted to make use of UNI Home Shopping president Hyun Wook (Kim Jae Chul)’s newfound interest in Woo Hyun by asking her to convince him to agree to creating a subsidiary company. However, to her surprise, Woo Hyun boldly refused to become her puppet, piquing viewers’ curiosity as to how the relationship between the two women might change in the future.

In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Hyun Wook and Mo Ran catch the UNI Home Shopping employees off guard by unexpectedly joining them during what was supposed to be a relaxing company dinner. However, it appears that nothing can get in Hyun Wook’s way when it comes to Woo Hyun, and after he arrives at the dinner, he is unable to tear his eyes off her for a single second.

Notably, in contrast to the aloof, slightly uncomfortable demeanor she previously displayed around Hyun Wook, Woo Hyun returns his attentions with a warm smile as they toast with their wine glasses. @CA Cwe are one day late or at least 12/13 hours late but can't wait to see the preview? This is becoming more convoluted...But Is Ok Sun's son really hers? She paid the caretaker of the orphanage to be quiet about what she knows ... as in not saying that "he came from here" ..... was she referring to the son?? This is becoming more complicated... the three women with Ki and OK Sun with secrets..... Did Hye Su die then?? Was the CEO married to her or a cherished girlfriend??

Ohhhh, this drama is getting really good.... It seems that OK Sun's son was adopted from that orphanage? Whose son is he really?? And what about the DNA result of the  boy from Boston who sent hair samples to Ki Moran??

 

What did Woo Hyun do??? Everyone thought that the former show host was back as Moran had planned and announced to all, she never expected Woo Hyun to outdo her. I still want to know about Hye Su the woman who looks like Woo Hyun. Now, this is drama!!!

Ok Sun's adopted son is James, believed the DNA has proven he is the biological son of Ki Moran. This drama is very political, playing dirty games to oust each other. Ok Sun's son is manipulated by her to fight against Moran . The son playing 2 roles, one living in Korea whilst deceiving Moran that James is in Boston, he is holding 2 mobile phones & he received a text from Moran & James informed Ok Sun it's "Boston".  Sounds confusing right, but this is based on the last episode - hope my analysis is right.
