Ok the ratings of this show surely does not do its justice. It's purely based on Korea and if they include the online ratings Im sure KMHM would sky rocket.

Shall we put it to the test? ... let's see where all the KMHM fans on this forum are from and if most of us arent living in Korea I guess my theory will be correct.

I honestly surprised myself with this strong reaction for YoNa's farewell. I knew I loved this girl but when the time came to say good-bye to her I just couldn't ( ( (

I can't seem to stop repeating it but Ji Sung is beyond amazing! =D> ^^ I doubt anyone could bring these alters to live as vividly as he did. Making them all so distinguished and unique!

For me Yona was/is a girl 100%! I never saw a man playing a teenage girl, for me it was always Ahn. Yo. Na. :-* :x

count me in, i don't know why i Ahn Yo Na Jisung vers. captivated my heart, JS make she alive and more alive than the real one. JS really pull it off, he bring out the best he can do, and HJE words when they have press conference still hit me, she is really great and understand about this drama 100%, bow for both of them.. ^^ ^^

Wow, the drama is over. I think this is the first time a drama made me cry so much.

I love the ending, when I saw ep 20 preview, I was thinking "How are they going to fit these in the ending?"

And yeah the ending is kinda rushed...for things that don't matter much. I'm always pissed when in drama all the side characters get their happy ending and the main leads only get reunited in very the end or even worse they didn't even get together at all. 

So I'm thankful to the writer for giving a beautiful ending for the leads and the personalities. KMHM writer definitely had his/her priorities straight. 

I'm also thankful the writer didn't feed us crap such as DH and RJ living happily with the Fathermonster after she forgave him. Forgiving is one thing but living with people who abused you (especially when you were a child) is another thing. Trauma doesn't recover easily so I'm glad the drama didn't sugarcoat that fact.

Even though the drama's rating may be disappointing, I hope this drama gets better fate overseas. Just like how in the beginning many people predicted this drama to be a trainweck (casting rejections and the plot) but in the end, this drama exceeded our expectations,

And last thank you for soompiers who shared live recap, bts, previews and making the wait for the next subbed ep less painful.

watching the last ep with sub,

and i love the last scene its really great ending for all the pain they been through,

he is living freely like Perry Park wish he could do, ( i love how her parent call him Perry, not CDH)

what i love more what he said at the end, its like the message of this lovely drama, 

  "" There is a dark basement in everyone heart

       if ignored and is only observed, the darkness became thicker

       you should muster your courage and go down, then turn on the light.

       if you're scared when alone, someone can hold your hand.

       if i'm with you, i'm not scared"" 

love this word, and it can work with any situation you are in, don't face the pain alone, always have people who care for you and can give you all the love without asking for it, and everything will be OK

I've been busy catching up on some other dramas and checking in here from time to time.  Well I must say Yo Na always brings a smile to my face.  Who couldn't love the big giant pink bow Yo Na was wearing.

For me, this has been one of my absolute favorite dramas to watch.  I have a new respect for Ji Sung.  I was a fan before, but now I think I'm a devoted follower. I can't wait to see what he's going to be in next.  Whatever it is, I hope most of this cast goes with him.

Also, in case I don't say it later, I'm going to miss this thread.  I loved hanging out here and sharing ideas, opinions and laughter---lots and lots of laughter.

Thank you all the wonderful people who participated or lurked this thread.  It has been one of the best rides that I've had in a  long time.  Although it's a smaller thread, Shine or Go Crazy is also a fun thread--giving a little shout out.  )

That was a really nice, clean landing. So glad they didn't spend too much time at Seungjin Group and I have absolutely no complaints about the core conflict and its denouement. The pacing was on point to where I'm actually impressed. I really enjoyed watching the drama and discussing it with you guys!
