I am not finding anything aside from initial article to substantiate that BESTie's Haeryung is in fact in, so I took her out of the cast list, until such time as we can substantiate her being in this drama

Watching the video again in HD .... The girl in stripes is not Kim SaeRon so it's really possible what @Milky88 said that the girl is maybe a cameo.

It's also possible that  the girl is just a stand-in/body double for Kim SaeRon or an extra character that could lead him to meet Kim SaeRon's character again.

Another possibility:
It's possible that WooHyun  might not end up with SaeRon's character because SaeRon returned to heaven as an angel again and the girl in stripes is his destined love.

The still cuts of KBS2’s upcoming fantasy, romance drama, “High School: Love On,” has been revealed.

Infinite’s Nam Woohyun, Lee Sungyeol and actress Kim Sae Ron are seen posing with a “V” sign on the set of the drama. In the revealed cuts, Woohyun is seen wearing a white cardigan with a backpack slung over his shoulder and shyly smiling for the camera. Woohyun has a smooth yet manly charm and in the drama, he plays the role of Shin Woo Hyun who’s sly, yet over-flowing with charisma. He’s a very loyal character and many are curious as to how he will act as this character.

Additional stills of Woohyun were released which show him on a motorycle. He’s delivering food to help his grandmother who runs a ddukbokki restaurant.

Eyes cannot be taken off of Kim Sae Ron as she’s seen smiling brightly for the camera. Kim Sae Ron has acted many dark characters but for this drama, she will be showing her bright and lively charms. Kim Sae Ron will be playing as a cheerful angel named Lee Seul Bi and she plans on being 100 percent in-sync with the character, showing a transformation in her acting.

Lee Sungyeol’s bright smile is charming. In the drama, he’ll be playing the role of Hwang Sung Yeol who’s calm and cold. However, on set, he shows a playful smile that’s similar to a 10-year-old boy. In the drama, Sungyeol’s character may seem cold on the outside, but on the inside, he’s very sensitive and warm.

Woohyun, Kim Sae Ron, Sungyeol are planning on showing a youthful romance that shows a heartbreaking friendship. It can be predicted that the three characters will mature as they contemplate and experience heartbreaks between friendship and love.

A staff of the drama said, “The way the three actors bring in their different charms and work together makes it look fun and adds on the liveliness of the set. Since the three actors are young and have the ability to become close in a short period of time, they were able to act out their characters naturally. Please look forward to their exciting romance.”

“High School: Love On” is a story about an angel who saves a male student from danger and ends up becoming a human being. It’s a fantasy, youth romance drama that shows the love and growth of the passionate teenagers. It will have a total of 20 episodes and the first episode will be aired on June 27.

New stills of Lee Sungyeol, the main character of the upcoming drama, “High School: Love On,” were revealed on June 12. He is seen playing the drums with eyes full of emotion.

Lee Sungyeol is the main character of KBS 2TV’s upcoming fantasy youth romance “High School: Love On,” where he plays the character Hwang Sung Yeol. In the stills revealed on June 12, he is seen with an uninterested and cold look, showing his chic charm, and many are wondering how this rookie actor will further portray his character Hwang Sung Yeol.

During filming, the staff on the set complimented him for his advanced drumming performance and he even received a round of applause from the staff.

Lee Sungyeol’s character Hwang Sung Yeol has excellent grades and has many different talents. However, as his father remarries, a stepmother enters his life, which leads him to become rebellion. Since he doesn’t express his emotions well, it makes him look cold, but on the inside, he has a warm and fragile heart.

“High School: Love On” is a story about an angel who becomes a human after saving a male student who was in danger. It’s a fantasy youth romance drama that tells the story of the angel and the innocent, passionate teenagers who experience love and growth. It has a total of 20 episodes and the first episode will be aired on June 27.

Angels usually wear  white outfit but it seems in this drama the angel is wearing black.
In some stories, angels wearing black are angels of death.
It´s possible that she´s an angel of death and WooHyun is supposed to die but she saved him and the punishment is that she becomes human.
