We are working as a team of people who all live around the world so with different time zones it's hard to work when the rules are coming with such a short lead time. When will the rules for the next round be posted.  Please give us more lead time to work

Round 2 will be centered around PHOTOS AND FANART. Get ready!

The rules says 5 images. And only up to one (1) can be used from round 1.My questions are:
1. When you say 5 images, does a collage of pictures counted as 1 image only?same goes with a collage of gifs, is it counted as 1 gif file? 2. Will photo edits and photoshopped pics allowed too?3. Only up to 1 used from round 1, so is this required? to make use of a pic from round 1 or we have the option to choose all new images for round 2?4. And for the deadline Feb 17, may i know what time zone are you referring too? KST or GMT?

@melkimx, Can I check when you say photos does it mean the regular photos? those that are not edited? and then at least one fan art right, so thats the edited one? thanks

questions for the second round:
Can we use old fan arts or photos posted earlier in our thread or do we need to create new stuff as entries? 
and when u say photos, are those photos should be the regular photos of them, meaning those that are not edited?

and for the fan-art, can we do a collage of different fan-arts so we can show all the best creations of the shippers?

There r so many things that i wanna ask the holder of this Contest, but just focus on these main things.
1. May you give us the specific plan/ programme that u all prepare? We all can't be here all the time & waiting for the updating with no clear information is not a way of a Contest be hold.2. At least, you should give us brief info ab how many rounds it will be. The time & the due date that you will post for the Rounds.3. Round 2 may or may not be an elimination round. If it is an elimination round, then we will pick the Round 3 contestants using fan votes only. We will also have two staff picks to move on to Round 3.Can u not confuse the Participants with these info? Elimination Round -> Yes/ No ?

@melkimxCan you please confirm the following requirements for Round 2:1. Is the deadline to edit 17 Feb 2014, 11:59 PM KST ?2. Is the deadline to vote 1 day later, e.g. 18 Feb 2014, 11:59 PM KST ?
3. Is the requirement 5 images, or 5 image files? e.g. if we had a comic strip in 1 image file, would that constitute 1 image, or multiple images?

is it possible to extend the deadline for one more day Feb 18? the shippers are from different countries and different time zones, and most of us are working... we r having difficulties meeting up in the threads to work on the entry but if we have enough time then it'll be a great help... we joined for the sake of our beloved couple and also to share the works of very talented people but we dont have enough time to prepare... 
if its possible and u will agree on it, please let us know asap. Thank u!

I am not sure who to address this issue to but some of the people from the Hongki/ Mina  couples thread are a little upset by the off topic button that is on our post in the 2nd round.  Our team as well as members of our thread have worked very hard over the last several day to put up our post and seeing the off topic button as part of our votes saddens us.  Is there a way to have it removed.  Thanks
