Hi Ladies. It’s been really quiet. Seyoung’s absence is worst when she was in dispute from her previous agency.....she has really stepped away from limelight, as if she’s on semi-retirement..the wait fro her fans is too long...

What is going on with Sy?  I agree @standingtallyy this is worst than the time there was a company dispute. Is she not receiving any kind of offer. Unless she is on her way I can fully accept her missing in action hahahaha

@chic-chic I doubt if she’s not getting any offers...there is a much heavier, deeper reason behind this unusual silence. Historically, the longest wait we did after she joined Hunus was 3-4 months between projects. Money Flower aired the last episode on Feb 3, and the last filming would have been mid-January. When you look at the pattern, SY would have been on her third drama for 2018...but Wae??? Or better we ask WHAT IS GOING ON?

 

When you count the months, it is now close to nine months since we last saw her. Is she about to give birth?  

 

Is this why WY seems to be taking frequent leave from military?

Actually the longest wait was two years  for 2 very popular actors who are now starring together.  Not  military for the man (but he should have if he waited that long).   Although there were a few CFs, hosting in between.  

 

Let it not be the same for SY.  Impossible that she has no offers, she is a steady actress who performs well and is nominated for awards and won some. I do not even mind a M-F or weekend makjang.  Those kinds of shows rate tremendously.  She  has had a good career with dramas, both long ones and the 16-20 ep types.

 

That said, I think her reasons for absence could be personal.
