Meanwhile OS takes Mira to hospitals to looks for the previous doc when OY was in high school. SR meets up with OS in car. SRtells him she told SW about him but not that he is fake. He tells her to go ahead and tell her. Says she can't do this to Kim since he helped her and her family. He says he know what love is and that she is only obsessed with him. She ask if he loves OY that much?SR says OY loves him as a brother only and will end once she finds out. He says he will leave then.

SW tells Fiancé that he will be punished if he makes same mistake again. SW tells fiancé to do wedding first before the surgery. HE agrees. Also ask fiance to get address of the orphanage. SW then sees OS and tells him that JS threatened fiancé. SW says to tell JS that he won't get the money. OY tells OS she is getting married and ask him to enjoy the time left together.

OY and OS are going to the country to meet fiancé parents, I think. OY says she wants to get married a week before he leaves. Talks about the wedding. OS stops the car and ask her to talk. SR meets up with SW. SR ask SW to help OS and her leave the country, saying she loves him.SW calls orphanage and orphanage confirms that no one there goes by that name. Manwhile JT finds picture with the wound on left arm, showing it to Jang.Next scene, OS asks if she knows fiancé has another woman, if fiancé used company money. OS also tells her that he is better than her, in that he wants to live. OY says she can't live even if she wants to, saying she had prepared this since she was six. If it was time, she'd die smiling. But OS says she is pathetic because she actually wants to live but she is scared to say so. He leaves her alone at cafe, saying if she doesn't want to say that she wants to live, nothing could be done.

OS went to see MC, he asked a favor, but MC punched him and kicked him, OS asking for favor again but MC left

OS begs MC to get sis to do surgery. He lets MC beat him up, saying that MC can kill him if he helps Young cos she has no sins. He tells MC not to let OY be another HJ. MC leaves. Meanwhile SW manages to find one orphanage with the name OS. OS arrives home and OY asks him to talk. He gets upset but OY tells him that she met fiancé parents and that they were nice. He asks how can you tell. I am bleeding but you can't see. He asks if they were all lies that she wanted to see him. Said he wouldn't have come if he knew she was going to be like that.. She cries saying that even if she wanted to live she can't. She wants to see him after he came back and that she misses him everyday. She says she is afraid of dying and ask him why he makes her so weak and why he makes her want to live. END
