Previously, viewers were shocked when they found out Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) kept Logan Lee (Park Eun Suk) alive in order to extort money from his family. In addition, Cheon Seo Jin is the real culprit who drove Oh Yoon Hee (Eugene) to her death, but Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah) thinks Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon) is the one behind it. I read about Penthouse 3 after a long time. What is this?!

Chun Seo-jin’s dislike of Shim Soo-ryun was because of ‘pecan pie’? Well it is just jelousy and pride to the extreme.  It is so ridiculous on so many levels. Now she doesn`t have only Yoon hee obsession, she hid another one, about Su Ryeon. And again we saw Seo Jin at another woman`s throat.  Even Joo Dan Tae who was portrayed in this drama just as an psychopath without any other traits, just a cartoonish character, he has more reasons to be evil than Cheon Seo Jin. The writer lost the oportunity to create a complex character with evil Seo Jin but she created a nonsense drama with lots or twists and unbelievable crazy plots without any content and meaning. It is just an empty shell. And characters are ALL just one note.  I don`t even watch this drama anymore and I am tired. I really REALLY waiting for this stupid drama to be over. I am already contemplating leaving Soompi and kdramas. I hope to hear news soon about So yeon, about her next project because I am losing patience and interest in kdramas so fast. One more drama like Penthouse and it will be the final nail in the coffin. I hope So yeon will avoid Kim Sun Ok`s future dramas or makjang dramas like this one.

In episode 8, Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) and Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon) framed Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah) for the murder of Logan Lee (Park Eun Suk), but viewers were shocked to see Logan Lee appear in front of Shim Soo Ryeon while she was being taken away by his family. Ha Yoon Chul (Yoon Jong Hoon), who had been been treating Logan Lee as instructed by Cheon Seo Jin, was also captured by Logan Lee’s family. I agree with the writer of this article that Kim So Yeon made her own the character of Cheon Seo Jin and it is hard to imagine other actress in this role. I am happy that she received love and recognition but I still believe Penthouse 1, 2 and especially 3 is a ridiculous to the extreme drama. Too bad that, as her fan, I could not enjoyed her performance while watching the drama.
