Which is why she is the Chairman and her husband is just a director. It's her hospital, and the director married into a chaebol family. i don't think Uri's sister is blood related. I think the "uncle" and "aunt" are siblings. The "uncle" called her "noonim" which is a formal way to call their older sister.
