This hot topic returns to the Korean cinema with "Wonderland," a Korean sci-fi fantasy drama slated for release next month. The film tells the story of people who use an innovative AI service called "Wonderland," which allows them to communicate with their deceased loved ones through video calls. A scene from the Korean sci-fi film "Wonderland," provided by Acemaker Movieworks (PHOTO NOT FOR SALE) (Yonhap) "I make video calls often. But after hanging up, I would wonder if that was really a real person I was talking to," Kim said during a press conference in Seoul on Thursday to promote "Wonderland." "When I meet them again, it feels like a long time has passed, yet also like I just saw them yesterday. It feels like the boundaries of relationships are becoming increasingly blurred," he continued. "This led me to consider the possibility that, unlike the past, there could be a time when even deceased people can communicate and not be truly gone," he said, explaining his motivation for making the film. He set the movie in the near future using technologies available today, hoping to make the story resonate with the audience. To further enhance realism, he consulted with a prominent AI expert at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), a national research university in Daejeon. Director Kim Tae-yong of the Korean sci-fi film "Wonderland" speaks during a press conference to promote the movie in Seoul on May 9, 2024. (Yonhap) In "Wonderland," Bae Suzy takes on the role of a young flight attendant who uses the service to communicate with her boyfriend (played by Park Bo-gum) after he falls into a coma from an accident. Tang Wei plays a mother who subscribes to the service before her death to allow herself to communicate with her young daughter. Jung Yu-mi and Choi Woo-shik portray a team of coordinators of the service. The director admitted the actors were so captivating that he found himself constantly moving the camera closer while filming them. "So I had to make a conscious effort to step back," he said, with a smile. Park Bo-gum said he was drawn to the film's unique concept. "When I first read the screenplay," he said, "I found the subject matter incredibly interesting. But most of all, I wanted to work with the director." The actor said it was a "pleasure" to constantly exchange ideas with the director about the characters and their stories throughout filming. Bae Suzy agreed, saying: "The most fascinating aspect of working with the director was his ability to help me express complex emotions. It was also fun to exchange thoughts with him throughout the filming process." Choi Woo-shik then chimed in, asking, "So, was it good?" Kim chuckled and replied: "Absolutely. We could talk about things at home that we couldn't on set. It felt like I was working 24 hours a day." Tang added, "This is our second project together, and the biggest difference is that I became more comfortable than before. "The director is a workaholic, and I'm also a detail-oriented and meticulous person. I'm lucky to be able to work with him. I think it would have been quite difficult with someone else," she said, drawing laughter from reporters. 16. FASHION Fashion trend Fashion > Fashion Fashion > Celebrity Celebrity Fashion Park Shin Hye teleported from Taipei to Tokyo in one day? Crazy post of private server photos on the street all because of too much love for fans 2024/05/06 08:30 Text/photo by reporter Yu Chonghui/photo taken from (photo taken from instagram) Park Shin Hye posted photos of her trip to Taiwan on social media yesterday (5), and shared beautiful photos of the streets of Tokyo in the evening. This "teleportation" surprised many fans, and the result revealed the personal charm of Park Shin Hye's super fans. Park Shin Hye, the goddess of Korean drama, shared private travel photos on social media. It can be seen that she is wearing black shorts, casual sandals, a blue striped shirt, and a small blue bag. She is standing on the railway to take beautiful photos that show her long legs. Park Shin Hye is also taller. I praise the photographer's technique for making her legs look longer in photos. The photographer is Park Shin Hye's brother. The brother and sister's sudden trip to Taiwan surprised many fans and asked for a chance encounter. In fact, this is a "Latergram", which was taken when Park Shin Hye came to Taiwan to hold a fan meeting on the 20th of last month while traveling to Taiwan's scenic spots. Even so, fans still happily left messages: "It's Pingxi!", " I hope Shin Hye has fun" and "I'm in Taiwan." Park Shin Hye shared her travel photos in Pingxi, making Taiwanese fans super happy. (photo taken from instagram) The next day, Park Shin Hye posted a new street photo, wearing a casual and exotic style. She wore an off-white lace blouse with wide jeans, and she was carrying a Valentino pink bag. She posted several photos at once and was very popular with her fans. The location of this PO post is in Japan. It turns out that Park Shin Hye will hold a fan meeting in Tokyo for the first time in five years. No matter which city she visits, she never forgets to take beautiful photos. This is a sign of sincerity for her fans. Sure enough, it became a topic of discussion online. Less than a day later, I shared a photo of Tokyo streets, "teleporting" all for the sake of pampering fans. (photo taken from instagram) 【內文👉 https://istyle.ltn.com.tw/article/30831

  19. As all adventure stories go, bad people die or disappear and only the flawed FL and ML rise through the ashes at the end. I see it happening here. I am diving in and out to see how will the evil people die at the end.? Fire, drowning or falling from a height?
  20. Omigoodness! MIL twin revealed her true feelings. HJ was very sympathetic, actually her acting has been good- based on the FFW episodes that I have watched. But chingus, watch the two guys, they were not surprised or angry or anything, they were listening to MIL twin say her lines, waiting for their turn. I remember the father in MIAV was also doing it - waiting for his queue and I was in stitches. Bad show but oh so funny. Anyway, I could only watch partly. Completely turned off by the storyline. The doctor confronted YC and more bad acting. The end showed HW in prison obviously set up by HJ again and as usual, Chase oppa came to her rescue and there’s HJ’s frustrated look again. I wonder how HW is portrayed as good for the company, she has been set up once too often and if not for her two oppas, the show would end.
