I got this from Song Hye Kyo's thread. Thanks to @hclover96 for posting this.

I felt so sorry for him reading that he kept crying in that scene that I love most. Gosh, poor thing. But I love that scene so much so I understand why he cried. I cried, too, watching that scene. I'm so happy he acted as Oh Soo which is very different from Jae Min. So happy Insung got to finally act as a character that is deeply loved.

Translation credits to wloi from bandstalker. This is Insung talking about SHK in one of his recent interview.

He said, Hyekyo is a goddess (when asked about Hyekyo’s look). He said that Hyekyo knew what he wants and vice versa, they were a perfect match as working partners. He wanted to work with her again. He said he has no ambition to work overseas. He said Hyekyo is gifted in language and her English and Chinese is good.

Story from a reporter. He interviewed both Hyekyo and JIS. He asked what did Hyekyo want to ask JIS ?
After a long time, Hyekyo said, In Sung ah, that winter are you happy ?
Two days later, we have the answer from JIS. Hyekyo, I am as happy as you.  That reporter has made a comparison for the answer for O2 couple. All his answers complement / supplement what Hyekyo said.

Hyekyo said that the cotton candy kiss is awkward, actually I also felt a bit uneasy. For me, the last scene, when I looked into the eyes of OY…my heart kept pounding. Before this scene, we never looked at each other’s eyes though we were shooting love scenes. At that moment, I feel a bit panic and I could not act.

JIS said that he wanted to die when acting ep16, especially the scene where they talked before the operation. After Kim PD said cut, he still could not stop crying, just kept on crying non-stop. When he watched the last episode, he still felt the same, liked he was dying again, esp. when OY went for operation

He said he knew that Hyekyo said that he is good at crying, but he thinks Hyekyo is better. She is the best actress.

He said Hyekyo is his perfect match, they have empathy/telepathy. When they worked, they know what each other need, where to explode their emotions, empathy. He said he really does not know whether he can have project like this one in the future.

When he told the reporter what he wants to tell Hyekyo. ‘ I am as happy as you, Hyekyo’

And I just finished A Dirty Carnival.. And I love him more there.. 
And the first thing came out my mind after watching it is

"Director Dude, what kind a friend of you!!!" 

And he still has that face even when he knew what had he done to his dear friend!!! Ahh so not cool! *okay I'm so mad with Byung Do's friend*
