요즘 들어 '이제 진짜 연말이구나!' 실감을 하게 되는 것 같아
길거리를 걷다 보면 여기저기서 구세군 자선냄비 종소리랑 캐롤도 간간히 들리기 시작하고
게다가 캘린더 스케줄에는 빈틈이 없을 정도로 모임이 점점 많아지고 있어!!
이렇게 정신없이 하루 하루 지나가다 보면 2017년도 정말 눈 깜짝할 새에 끝나버리고 말겠지?!

 

그래서 준비한, 2018 희망찬 새해맞이 프로젝트!
지난 한해를 되돌아 보고, 새해 목표를 다시 설정해 보는거야~ 
다이어트, 취직, 승진, 연애, 저축 등등
작년 이맘때쯤 다이어리에 예쁘게 적어 놓았던 다양한 목표들!
내년 다이어리에 그대로 옮겨 적는 목표들도 분명 있을 것 같은데...!

 

초과장이 입사 초기에 세웠던 목표 '영.어.공.부' 다들 기억나?
지금 약 3개월정도 지났는데 하루도 빠짐없이 열심히 노력한 결과,
드디어 해외에서 걸려온 전화에도 긴장하지 않고 대화를 할 수 있게 됐어!(뿌듯)

 

아직 100% 성공까지는 아니지만
초과장만의 특급 비결을 공유해줄게:D

 

 

첫번째. 내 자신을 알라!
두번째. 목표 달성의 기준과 데드라인을 확실히 정한다
세번째. 목표 달성하기 위한 단계별 계획을 구체적으로 세운다
네번째. 하루도 빠짐 없이 계획대로 실행한다 (이게 제일 어려워ㅠㅠ)
다섯번째. 목표 달성 시 보상 방식을 정한다

 

그리고 이건 핵심 꿀TIP인데..!
작심삼일이라는 말 있지?
목표는 그대로, 3일마다 마음 가짐을 새롭게 하는거야:D

3일 동안 노력한 나에게 무한 칭찬을 아끼지 않는 것도 좋은 방법!

some k-minoz at DC donated 100kg rice(they plan to donate rice at D-500, D-400 till D-100) and a box packed with ramyun, sweets and different food and called it Minho Santa Box 

when they arrived at the Suseo Welfare Center, children and elderly were happy to see them and wondered if they'll come again during D-400, our minoz said they felt the same and they like coming to the center.
