Lee Min Ho partly wins his lawsuit against cosmetics company that used his face without permission

 

 

Lee Min Ho has partly won his lawsuit against a cosmetics company.

 

He had sued company 'A' as well as the producers of his drama 'Faith' for using his face without permission to promote a face mask. Originally, they were told to pay him 20 million KRW (approximately 17,600 USD) for breaking the contract, but in the appeal, the 80 million KRW was added for damages (approximately 70,500 USD) and the final sentence was to pay Lee Min Ho 100 million KRW (approximately 88,000 USD). As with the first trial, the company was ordered to stop producing and selling products with Lee Min Ho's face.

 

However, it is only partly a win for Lee Min Ho as he had originally demanded 200 million KRW.

I really enjoyed the DMZ series, LMH, the wildlife, and the last episode was especially interesting as they showed the soldiers, the fishermen, N. Korea, the historical perspective. I also loved LMH presenting in between scenes and finally tying it all up at the end of the series. I was thinking about the trainee soldiers, strong and tough and carrying 60lbs on that trek. It was extremely difficult for them. One of the guys even had a cramp. With his previous car accident, I can imagine LMH's leg would hurt a lot if he tried to do that. His leg would be unable to withstand such brutal exercises. He would not be able to do it. I am glad he got public duty.

I look forward to 100 minutes of BTS. They showed a bit at the end where LMH played basketball, he looked so cute and they were also mingling with the soldiers at the barracks. Great Documentary and kudos to LMH for donating his time. Loved the OnDemandKorea. Thank you for the Link. So lucky to have subtitles. Made it so much more special as we could follow the narrative and conversation. Hope the others not in the US can get subtitles too.

Minoz are beautiful, and Lee Min Ho is great !  

I enjoyed the DMZ series too. Really look forward to 100 minutes of BTS. And I'm curious what else interesting conversations between our Gujido couple.
