Someone said they missed Ae touching or rubbing Pete's cheeks!! You are my spirit animal I love love small gestures/touches like those, they get me giddy. I'm the type that would read a fanfiction/story/novel and get all uncomfortable with descriptive sex scenes, but give me a finger touching the back of the ear, a gentle kiss on the neck, a shy stare, finger touching a collar bone and I'm a puddle of goo  I was going all wild when Pete's fingers touched Ae's collarbone when he was keeping Ae from kissing him (I bet no one noticed that!!!) Go back to that scene and you'll see the Shy crying Pete putting his fingers to Ae's mouth and then slowly that hand drops and the fingers touch Ae's collarbone through his opened shirt! That was sooooooo endearing and gave me butterflies. 

 

Okay back to watching more videos.

Oh I assure you, I did not miss it. Watched that gesture about a million times already. I would watch the episode and then run that part back. Also in the ending when Ae and Pete were talking and Ae played with Pete's hair.... Just too sweet.

So I actually encountered a wattpad post that describes the link between the LBC Universe. Apparently there are like 15 books already that are connected in some way.

Tharn and Tar were together then the mystery thing happened and Tar was sent away. He didn't say anything to Tharn, just left so Tharn thought he didn't love him anymore. That's when he met Type who was a homophobe because he was abused as a child. He would avoid Tharn but with the help of No and some of the others they got together. Tharn is described as half Thai and very tall with long hair that I think was blond. The other half of him is European... French I think but don't hold me to that...

I never saved the post and to find it now I will have to dig into my history so when I find it, I'll post a link for interested parties to view.

That's cool...but I'm not sure I actually care about all the connections...unless they can give me a 66 episode BL series.....if not I'll stick to the 6-8 characters and call it a day....Lord of the Rings it's not...

I usually feel a bit sorry for actors who have to sing and dance on the fan meets. Because most of them are not good at it. (I'm talking not only about MIR but other tv-show too.)

Me, too.  It's ridiculous.  Like, they're famous for being actors, why are people making them randomly sing and dance when very few are actually especially good at it.

 

That's why the MIR boys kind of stand out to me.  They can pull off dancing surprising well.   That wasn't super simple choreagraphy.  I saw Boom dancing, and I was like, "Oh, cool, he's an actual dancer."  Actually not surprising, after you know it.  He is pretty graceful and has nice posture while acting, as well.

 

I think it's cool if they dance and sing at fan meets if they have training in it.  Like, some of them have quite nice voices (a couple of the guys from Lovesick, for example). 

 

But I don't understand why they make the others do it!  So weird!

I think we might still get those small gestures from time to time when they become an "official couple" and with their friends. Like the beach scene.

Oh, I caught it.  And watched it again.  And Ae noticed it, too.

I'm with you.  I like romance on tv, and sex in person.  Romance makes me feel awkward in person.  Haha. 

 

Well, ok, and sometimes I like sex on tv. I guess my point is that I lack "romance" in real life. 

 

Did any of you watch that 6 part live action "Pornographer" series based on a Japanese manga, I believe?  It came out in the last month or two, was all translated by Adam Uni on his facebook page, and then he took his facebook page down because he kept getting reported, so I don't know where they are now.  Anyway, it was fairly erotic.  Recommended.

I can't remember ever seeing him in a TV program, but if he's the same guy i'm thinking about, and forgive me if i'm wrong, he's connected with the DoMunDi TV You Tube Channel and i also think he's a model as well.

If it was an accident/Ae didn't think he would actually hit the lockers, I can try to get over it.  There better be an apology somewhere in the scene, is all I'm saying.  And never a repeat!  As New has said that there are 4 kisses in the locker room scene, and we know that part of it is standing, and then a later part down on the floor, it's not like it's a short scene.  So maybe there will be some dialogue that shows Ae knows he went to far.  In real life, Pete's next words would need to be, "nevermind, I can't be with you, you're too violent and jealous."  

 

Ae is interesting when it comes to his willingness to hurt Pete.  He has definitely had sadomasochistic tendencies from the very beginning, though they were hidden by his desire to protect Pete and his inexperience.

 

In the scene when he slams on the breaks on his bike when Pete admits to sometimes skipping breakfast, and Pete's head slams into his back, he apologizes, caresses Pete. . . then gives him a whack in the same spot with his hand and smiles when Pete cringes.  Of course, then he says something along the lines of, "Sometimes I think you're so fragile that I want to protect you."

During the "bruise cream scene", he smiles when Pete calls out when he's putting the cream on his head, and later intentionally pokes Pete in the sensitive bruise on his stomach, making Pete call out. . ., and he smiles again.  And why does Ae like how soft Pete is, anyway?  Does he want to cause Pete (a little bit of) pain?  Since this is based on a BL novel, it may be that it was intentionally written this way, for those who are turned on by a bit of pain and intimidation.  It's not my thing.  But, they've been including hints that Ae enjoys causing Pete a little pain all along, for sure.  I certainly picked up on it during the "bruise cream" scene.  

 

Of course, the locker thing is a whole different animal, because it seems to be done out of anger/jealousy, not just a bit of sadomasochistic/sexual poking (which seems to turn Ae on).  

 

In the teasers for later in the season, when they're discussing sex, Ae says, "I don't want to hurt you" and Pete says, "I don't mind the pain, if it's you."  Does that show that Ae becomes gentler later in the season?  Or is it another hint from the novel (just a hint, I don't think they'll actually make it come off as anything like sadomasochism on the show) showing that their relationship does involve a bit of consensual/intentional pain in the bedroom? 

Very interesting write up. I also noticed the little smiles Ae had whenever he hurt Pete a little and Pete seeming okay with it so maybe the S&M that @deltos mentioned is not too OTT. HAHAHA! 

Also, to clarify what I had said before when I mentioned tension, I was talking about the kabedon that Ae does on the locker.... not the flinging of Pete against the locker. That kabedon is what I am looking forward to... and everything that comes after it of course

Ok ...so the deal is. Joss is a model...but funny thing, he popped up at this Christmas gig last year at the Siam Mall...and all the photo ops were with Bas. Sooooo there were buzzing around the nets that he might be the next Phana..cause well the other one was MIA.  soon after he got picked up by the DoMunDi group...recently, he signed to gmmtv...sooo he's still modeling doing the " group boy" thing and prolly waiting for gmmtv of come up with a role in a series... again there were photo ops at the #boys of Bangkok thing last week...so basically he's a bee looking for a flower.

The Kabedon always has something sweet after...it's classic ! With you on that. Actually, LBC is the first BL to use that in a while..because it does have this violent nature to it. When actually, it's a romantic gesture.
