Ahhhhh, that makes so much sense. I thought he was just sad about what had happened before but still listening, and I got really confused why he actually agreed they should play the gear scene. (For credit I've picked some information from "FIVE LIFE" TV Hosts.)

As I have mentioned about GMM TV's actors and actresses, many of them had(has) worked as TV host shows. And I selected OFF / NEW / TAE as the example. Well. I will give more details about them (OFF & NEW).

[Becoming the Host starts when P'EX our big boss was an instructor who checking students' thesis at my Uni. Then I teased his student by brought his belonging out from his bag and P'EX noticed me so I's invited to be the FIVE LIVE host. Maybe I'm a A$$hole. I've played some MV and HORMONE THE SERIES for 3 sec. No one  might not notice me. I'm just a former P'BEE boyfriend who was escorting her for the BTS (sky train). 
My personal character is artistic mood, do not talkative (WHATTTTT OFF you're so talkative.) love to dress up. I like reading fashion magazines and listening music. My type is long legged woman as a model but if her legs are long and dark so its NEW's type. Right now, I am adapting my schedules cause it's changed every week likes I'm not good to handle the day which I've a serious/strict work but If it's not serious I'm okay.]

this response is pretty bizarre and very dismissive. you are literally saying that we need to be silent when we find things that are harmful to us because you don't know any better like this is not the 1970s i'm not supposed to coddle your poor straight feelings just so you can feel better about yourselves. like if i ever list the times i've walked on egg shells around straight people or the times i've stayed silent when my family are being casually homophobic in front me and that's only me.

Just got around to watch the poster signing live video, I have to say that these two are so cute. I love that they are close to each other in real life and can ask each other questions without being looked back on as being 'stupid'. When Singto said he failed at math before I just loved his face and voice. And Krist kept on teasing his P'Sing. And then complaining that there were too many posters to sign. LOL! He even told P'Sing to go down to the gym and then come back for him later. And P'Sing was so cute when he teased N'Krist and savored his victory of reaching the last poster. One thing I really find adorable about Krist is that he can't stay still. I know he has said he's not a calm person, but this kid seriously can't control it. His mouth just keeps on going and going and they said that Krist was talking a lot he complained he was bored. LOL! So P'Sing was like.. yeah, keep on talking. Always giving in to Krist, P'Sing is the real life Arthit. LOL! Overall, I just loved it and wished they stayed on longer. Oh, almost forgot to mention how adorable Singto's laughing is... so cute, I want to see that on Kongpope too... after the 'separation' parts are done.

*side-note* One of the people behind the camera... his name was Gun, was it Gun Attaphan? Gun that plays Rome in Puppyy Honey, I know he's always hanging out at GMM station... he's even crashed a live chat by another BL couple while he was looking for his 'Papi' or Off Chumpol. He even called Off on the phone and started to promote his own couple as he pushed the other couple aside. LOL! And then there was a couple of other videos where he's just wandering around GMM looking for his 'Papi' that fans have made videos of. It might not be that Gun, but if it is then I can see how Singto and Krist can be this adorable when they are together. They're learning it from Gun and Off. LOL!*end side-note*

This is an international forum, and lots of different cultures use the same translated words in varying context and nuances. Literal translations could not translate well and fully capture the essence and nuances of what's they're supposed to be in the origin and as intended. Also, it's quite sad that most that being subjected to intolerance became intolerant themselves, and tended to be sensitive and reactive to whatever labels that came with it along the way.  Mixing up these together can become an unfortunate misuse of political correctness.  

Relationships and social dynamics are essentially that - dynamic.  We can not really box and expect things to be in static form or in fixed definition and delineation of what a relationship should be. Even in a gay relationship, no one is actually in authority in defining the roles each one should play. Barring extremes, there are in fact lots would rather play the 'wifey' part, or taking on the more feminine-role in the relationship.  Just as we don't like the straight couple to dictate against an m/m or f/f relationship, gay couples should not also dictate that gay coupling should only be masculine/masculine partnership. Ironically, it's actually offensive to consider a "wife" to be an undesirable role in a relationship. Heck, lots even accorded their partners with animal endearments, why would referring (or accepting, Arthit is proud to be) one as the wife to be negative?

Bottomline line is, it's better to minimize the sense of entitlement for political correctness that it can dictate ourselves to be offended, and in turn expect/dictate the same to others - especially when we can't really be in the know of all the context and nuances and cultural norms in this mix-bag of space. Live and let live.

As you said this is an International forum and lot of different cultures are represented here. Don't you think thats all the more reason to choose the words correctly. I wasn't sayin it was homophobic, but some time straight people don't realize what offensive and whats not. I have no idea what you mean by the roles you play. I really didn't wanted to talk abt this in the first place, but you just made me say it. This calling Wifey or wife thing raises an alarming question, is the person refereed as wife just coz the sexual position he takes?. This is what i don't understand, what you mean by wifey part? I'm emphasizing again there is no such thing as wife part in a gay relationship. If you are referring to cookin, cleaning bla bla, Then you are really being a male chauvinist. It is offensive not because to use the word wife, but its offensive when its used on a man because you are trying to see every relationship in a hetero point of view. It's because in Thailand, students have quota to skip classroom. If we skip a class more than 20 percent, we can not take an final examination. Many uni-students always cheating by come to the class for checking their attendance and then sneaking out from the class. The lecturer used many methods to prevent hit & run students, the one method is not appointing the students and before checking them he/she will lock the door to prevent the cheated students who got a call from his/her friends to get attendant for checking the class attendance.

 

Well, I've never experience what N'Kon has faced. hehe.

It's the same as a male/female coupling in a drama. Do we expect to watch Song Joongki from DOTS and think all men are like him? No, we know better, yet we still fan girl over his role. It is the same thing with Arthit and Kongpope. Bittersweet may not or she may be gay herself, I'm not sure, but we can't deny that she can write one good love story. It's hard to accomplish that in my opinion.

Lastly, this community is here to support and love SOTUS The Series, nothing more and nothing less. Even if it's totally wrong or disgusting to you as a gay person, this is what this community is. We love this fictional coupling and we live off of every information we get on them. I subbed that GMM Live Chat with Kate and I can tell you that Krist was not being negative at all when he said he was the 'wife', and yes, he did say the Thai word for wife (Mia). I see it as an actor understanding his role in a series that was handed to him. He said he came to that answer by judging how the characters acted to each other. So please don't hate on Krist for his answer to a fan's question. Like us, he probably doesn't know that it's offensive to you.

Bottom line is, I enjoy and love SOTUS for what it is, a made-up story by a very talented writer. This story was never said to be based on a true story, actually I think Bittersweet wrote that none of the events are related to any real events. So please don't hate us who don't know anymore than what is fed to us. And I might sound stubborn and disrespectful, but I would like to continue my 'fan-girling' and still use the word 'wifey' when I add comments. I think it's an endearing term, I never thought of using it to degrade or label anyone in a negative way.

OK i can't believe you just said that. Ok, What is the point of seeing Series is you are to learn nothing from? Gay people are not accessories, "fan girls" have to accept that. But our Nong Kon wasn't trying to cut class this time, right? He just went to the bathroom and came back to find that the prof. had locked the doors and was taking attendance. LOL! What horrible luck our Nong Kon has. I hope he was able to get back in.
