CGS is begging and kneeling to CCW.  SJS then meets MJS and MJS asks about something.
Afterwards, SJS left and talk with somebody on his phone.
Commissioner is leaving after meeting Chairman.
At the office, CSH gets a call from his father. CGS looks really sad, he addressed himself as a father to CSH.
We're back with BSI being interrogated by the prosecutor.

Commissioner went to CGS.Wallet meet with Chairman.

- back to Wang/Ahn - Wang asks for Ahn's car keys, Ahn says you can fit a lot in the trunk (cash?) - Ahn is leaving - looks in his trunk, sees a bunch of boxes, drives away

- tax office - SH's phone rings - is mayor - he's apologizing to SH for taking Choi's money - says he was mistaken in thinking he could be a good mayor after taking the money - he says if he could have been a good mayor, she wouldn't have hooked up with con artists - says sorry

- SI asks prosecutor to do the work he's supposed to do (catch the real bad guys)

- Ahn goes to mayor to tell him about his success with Wang, mayor tells Ahn that Choi knows everything - Ahn's not too worried but mayor looks ready to give up - Ahn says let's go all the way to the end - mayor agrees

The scene switches back to the meeting between Ahn and Wang. Wang calls in secretary Kim and gives him some instructions while Ahn suddenly looks uncomfortably but tries to hide it.

Next w are back to the meeting between the mayor and Choi. The mayor begs Choi (even kneeling down in front of him) but Choi is his usual cold self.

Meanwhile old cop arrives at a restaurant meeting up with MJS. But he doesn't bring the money but instead he asks him whether he really expected to be part of the deal. Old cop leaves and MJS is mad. When old cop leaves the restaurant he calls someone while smiling his happy but wicked smile. He drives away with his car.

The scene cuts to BSI and the prosecutor before switching back to Wang and Ahn who are still discussing the ownership transfer of the Ma Deok-Song district. Kim enters and Ahn hands him something that looked like his wallet, but I'm quite sure it wasn't. Afterwards Ahn leaves and after he arrives at his car he first checks the trunk and we see boxes of money that have been put in there by secretary Kim (so Ahn handed over his car key).

Next we are with CSH who is at the office. Her phone starts ringing and at first she doesn't want to take it. But when she takes it it'S her father who talks about himself and Seowon. CSH looks sad while listening to him. The mayor tells her he is sorry before ending the call.

Back to BSI and the prosecutor. BSI is talking and looks absolutely calm.

Meanwhile we see Ahn arrving at city-hall and entering the mayor's office. He looks like the big winner but the mayor tells him that Choi knows what the did in the past. Ahn tells him it doesn't matter. He looks cold as ice and I wonder whether he is currently throwing the mayor under the bus or whether it just feels like it while he actually tries to calm the mayor. The mayor tells him he can leave but Ahn stops and tells him soemthing before leaving.

The scene switches to Wallet who sits at ther desk deeply in thoughts but when Wang enters she gets up and tells Wang he worked hard. Wan asks her something but he doesn't look to satisfied with the answer.

The scene briefly switches to the prosecutor sitting in his office looking worried before we see old cop arriving at a place. The scene briefly switches to Gold who is at a restaurant talking to the owner and to YJD who is still in the car. Wang and Wallet watch the news.

- lots of short cuts of the gang - everybody turns on the TV for the news

We're back with wallet talking with the chairman. What happened? SJS was arrested.
WHOAH! MJS didn't betrayed the team. YJD is talking with MJS inside a car.

And then they showed how they plan to corner SJS. I want subs hahahaha. UGHHHH don't mind me, i'm literally lost with what's happening

- news about Chun Gap Soo - something about money - something about Choi Chul Woo - flashback to Noh talking to reporter about conmen - Mijoo reporting something to police

- bad detective is arrested

-JD is sitting in car with MJS - JD says thanks to MJS and tells him to stop bothering people, MJS says he's changed, ha

-flashback to JD and the gang planning the con - don't quite understand this part

Comm gave the recorder (SJS gave to CCW) to chairman. So did BSI and YJD had already planned and predicted how things are going to happen??!!

- JD puts on black cap - he looks awesome in all black! - he took all the money out of detective's trunk

- Wang double-crossed Ahn - I knew it! - back to JD and the gang planning the con

- SI is explaining something to the prosecutor - reporter is taking pictures of JD taking money out of detective's car - JD stealing the money is on the news - is he taking the fall again? - SI is telling prosecutor what JD is doing and why, to save the common people (?)

Next, we see BSI explaining to the prosecutor about YJD. Prosecutor seem to understand the situation.
Awww, BSI and YJD met.
(I can't understand what YJD and BSI are talking about, but it feels relaxing watching them right now after the twists and turns of this drama)
CGS and CCW are talking right now.

- JD meets SI - SI says sorry - they are saying goodbye - sad - maybe JD is going on the run? - JD asks SI to go meet his dad when he gets out of jail since he can't

- mayor gets a call from Choi who's mad! - mayor tells Choi 3 choices he can do, but says Choi's choice is different from his own - they both know it's over

- Oh, JD turned himself in - meets prosecutor - tells prosecutor that he delivered money from Choi to mayor

- SI meets mayor, says it's over, but mayor says they have no evidence - SI tells mayor what JD is doing, there is no way out for the mayor - mayor tells SI that Minshik didn't kill himself, Bang did it! and mayor covered it up! - SI says he already knew! - SI says he kept himself from beating up the mayor because he had to finish Minshik's work first - SI says he wishes mayor would go back to the man he was before all this

- SH calls mayor - says don't be a bad mayor like he was a bad husband - both crying

BSI entered mayor's office. It looks like BSI is talking about MS. After BSI left, CSH calls CGS. CGS cries while CSH is talking.
CGS called for a presscon.

- press conference - mayor - (flashback mayor tells SH to collect all of Choi's taxes) - mayor tells the whole truth at press conference, about Choi and himself - Ahn is sitting in car and is listening to press conference - mayor promises something I don't understand

- tax team led by SH goes to Choi's office - he doesn't object, he knows it's over

- Choi is playing baduk outside, SI visits him - Choi congratulates SI on his promotion - SI tells Choi officially that his taxes are paid, then walks away, ha

and then a news was showed and everything seems to be better especially in the tax department. And the con team (excluding BSI and YJD) are together.

- back at tax office - SI takes a swig of the PPL energy drink - team watches news, everyone smiling - con team also watching and smiling

- cut to jail - bad detective eyeing JD eating, giving him a dirty look - is going to stab JD! He's stopped by BSI! Why is BSI in jail? Oh, it's his character from Bad Guys! HAHAHAHAHA - JD is confused

When odl cop opens his trunk he looks shocked  - the box and bag of money are gone. Meanwhile we see how the news reports of how old cop and Ahn have been filmed doing their shady deals. Ahn listens in at the radiio and looks worried while the mayor and Choi watch at TV.

We see a flashback scene of how Wallet told the journalist of what shady deals will happen within the next hours and we see that YJD meets with MJS to thank him for his help. We see in a flashback that all this has been part of YJD's plan from the beginning - to get old cop getting money from Choi while thinking he's working with MJS. We see how YJD explains the plan to Wallet, her daughter, Gold and BSI (scene from the beginning ogf the episode) and how MJS called YJD after leaving the jail to tell him where old cop and him will meet up. YJD intercepts the signal fo old cop'S car key and empties the trunk.

Next we see how it was al planned to get Ahn receiving the money from Wang (seems like Wang's call to Wallet was the signal to start the con). We see how the money is transferred to Ahn's trunk.

So BSI told the prosecutor during the interrrogation that he sohould follow the news as he will see first hand information of who is really shady. BSI tells him of how YJD is planning to hand over the money for old cop while we see how the reporter makes photos of him putting the money in AHN's trunk. Prosecutor, as well as Wang and Wallet (why does she look suprised about this part?) see the news report.

The prosecutor calls his staff to release BSI while we see YJD entering the prosecutor's office - seems like he is planning to turn himself in.

BSI and YJD run into each other  - BSI is absolutely sorry but YJD tells him not to worry and not to mind it as he chose this path to walk on. Before leaving YJD asks BSI for a favor - whether he could take care of YJD's dad while YJD is in jail. BSI agrees to do so. He cries. (Seems like YJD is once gain taking the fall alone to save the others from getting caught as well.)

The scene switches to the mayor who gets a call from Choi. Choi is not happy but the mayor looks somehow releaved and content with what happened. He ends the call while Choi gets mad at his secretary.

The scene switches to YJD now sitting in the interrogation room and the prosecutor comes in. YJD is the one talking, he doesn't lokk worried at all but rather content with the situation as well.

BSI enters the mayor's office and asks him how he feels about everything. The mayor asks him how he should feel with everything that happened. BSI tells him that everything should end now and turns to leave. But the mayor calls him out and starts talkng about Minshik. He tells him it wasn't him but BPG. BSI tells him he knew everything from the beginning. The mayor is shocked ans asks why he stayed silen than. I think BSI tells him that he still had certain hopes for the mayor but I could be wrong with that one. The mayor looks really shocked now. BSI leaves...

The scene switches to CSH who sits in the tax office and cals the mayor. The mayor doesn't want to take the call first but he takes it while crying. CSH tells him how her mother always told her that while her ex-husband may have been a bad father he is a great mayor. But CSH tells him that she doesn't feel like he is and that he should stop walking this path now before ending the call.

The mayor takes his phone and next we see that he's standing in front of the press so he most likely asked his staff to prepare a press-conference.

While the conference is going on we see that CSH and the tax team are on a way to a raid and we see a flashback between CSH and the mayor when he asks her for a last favor - to raid Choi again.

While the mayor is giving his press conference we see Ahn sitting in his car and watching it on TV. He gets a call but ends it quickly. He is not happy with what the mayor is telling the press and starts to laugh manically.

I think the mayor announced that he is stepping down. While Choi is seeing the press conference we see how CSH and the tax team enter Choi's office and after CSH tells him why they are here they start the raid.

The next scene shows Choi once again playing at the street corner like a poor man and BSI comes to him. BSI once again tells him about the amout of money he owns and tells him the money is finally payed. He tells Choi to keep on enjoying to play baduk before leaving.

The scene switches to the tax office and we see BSI back as team leader - now of team 2. The TV news are running and we see how the whole tax office is watching the news of how the newly gained money is being used and all of them are proudly smiling at BSI. We see that Wallet and her daughter are watching the news as well and are happy as well. Same for KEyboard, Gold and Burner who still hang out at the warehouse -so the team-spirit is still on.

The scene switches to jail and we see old cop still being pissed and observing YJD who is at the same detention center. He has a knife and tries to kill YJD from behind but he's stopped by a guy looking like BSI but it's 'Bad Guys' murderer (papa bear in a double role). YJD calls him BSI hyung but the other BSI tells him he doesn't knwo him before the guards are running in and call out his name.

Ha - that ending is so meta and a perfect cross-over. ending.

And the best part the story is wrapped but there are still enough open questions that we can hope for a second season - and how cool would be a cooperation between the con-team and the bay guys team...
