I wonder when will Mr Kang Dong Ha fall in love again, maybe 5 years or more, the last scene in Spring days is always on my mind, though he did not cry, I still feel his vulnerable mind. What an excellent Kam Woo Sung !

I used several different translation sites to get the gist of the message Kda 86 dropped off. WS seemed to be thanking fans for their prayers and support - that the show has left him feeling depressed and confused, but that he would be fine, again soon. He says from all the encouragement and comments from the fans he feels his acting career was not in vain. I'm hoping someone who reads Hangul, can give us an exact translation. :-) (And now, I'm off to bed! I get a flu shot, and am now sick. How do you like that? Lol!)

@TamiaAjumma, it's hard to say about Dong Ha. BY proved to him that he could love again, but I don't see him loving anyone else, and I don't see him with BY in the afterlife, before I see him with his wife. I think BY was that passing star, after all. I do see him devoting the rest of his life to supporting medical research, and clinics, and the hospital because of BY, though.

I think Spring days was the most touching drama I have seen in this year. I love DH, BY, Boo Reum and Ba Da very very much, they were all adorable. 
I realized several same things between Spring days 2014 and Thank you 2007:
Director: Lee Jae Dong
Peaceful landscape: Blue island and Udo island
Trauma: HIV and disease heart
Kids: sympathize with mom, dad
The man: kind, gentle, humane, elegant, and profound
The girl: straightforward and tall
Same details: tie hair, tie shoes

Thank you for your kind words, @TamiaAjuma.  I'm glad there are people enjoying the pictures and information.  I'm just hoping to make an archive, where people who like Woo-Sung's work, can come and learn about him, and the work he does, whether he has a current project, or not.

I confess, I see very few dramas, but I sure did love this one.  It's nice to hear director Lee Jae Dong seems to have an affinity for dramas that emphasize the very basic things we need to be happy - strong family ties, respect, forgiveness.  They seem so simple, and yet our world has such a difficult time doing these things, and because of that, there is much turmoil in the world.  It's nice to see shows that remind us that the changes we want to see in the world can start by our own attitude, and how we treat others.

Video announcing Woo-Sung 's wedding made me recall young GWS in Still loving you drama, I love him since that time and now I still love him, I extremely like the way he said, smiled, winked, got angry in his dramas.

Wow!  You've been a fan for a long time!  You must be so proud to see Woo-Sung come so far in his career.  I hope he can keep going.  I think he still has a lot of talent to share.  I don't understand why the Korean entertainment industry, especially the film industry, focuses too much on young actors, that they neglect talented veterans like him.
I loved all your quotes.  I really liked how the series focused on the beauty of being humble, and being grateful for what good we do have in life.  The very ending of the show forces the audience to do the same - be grateful for what time Bom-Yi and Dong-Ha had together, and realize they were meant to help each other during their hardest times, not be together for the rest of their lives.  It's very challenging for us, because we all wanted them to be together for a long time.  The show gave us a lot of lessons to learn.  I feel sorry for people who hated the show because of the ending. (I understand their disappointment.  It took awhile for me to accept the ending because my heart aches for poor DH), but the people who hated it, because of the ending, missed the most beautiful and important part of it.  The show shared a lesson most of the world needs to learn.  I'm grateful Woo-Sung was able to make a comeback with such a series.

The classic style maybe suits him, I think he chose a script carefully, that why we could not see his drama once a year. He has a special voice that I can realize among other Korean actors. I remember that he sang Love me tender in Still loving you (so sweet), and now I like his song I Will in Spring days 
I wish his videos had English subtitle......I miss him

Director Kang Su-Chang (R-Point) made the statement that when he first met Kam Woo-Sung, he saw a killer's eyes.  He explained that he saw all the usual traits Kam was known for, as a performer:  urbane, gentle, but he sensed Woo-Sung also had the depth to express the darkness of a man, who knows war intimately.  He said that Kam, as an actor, is very smart & subtle - a sensitive instrument, only requiring a little tuning, depending on differences in tones.

I apologize in advance if someone has already posted news about the DVD release but I just found out since I was away last week up till now.
Pre-order for the the director's cut of MSD ends tomorrow morning (it has been going on for awhile) so I thought I would share the news with you all here. The details of the contents needs to be discussed but it will come with English subtitles for sure. At least 500 pre-orders are needed to have the director's cut DVD released but it seems like there aren't enough orders.
If the total number of DVD sold is lower than 500 until tomorrow (11/26 WED) 09:00, the DVDs will not be made and you will get a full refund. Please note that a non member purchase with credit card seems to be the most convenient method for overseas purchasers if you are interested in purchasing.

@jiheyk‌, thank you for all your help, but this whole situation is all very weird. Wasn't MSD going to come out on DVD, anyway??? Is this particular DVD a special release, with a lot of extras? Who started the drive for this DVD, and why hasn't MBC made more of an effort to include foreign buyers? A lot of us don't feel comfortable ordering, unless it's through a site like Yes Asia, which many of us use from time to time. Please don't be offended by my questions. The circumstances are just very different.

This article seems to state that it was about time Woo-Sung was recognized for his fine ability, as an actor - that he had a way of bringing out the best in his co-stars, and that he is a good alternative to Sol Kyung-gu, Choi Min-Sik, and Song Kang-Ho.
