She plugged her phone in to broadcast music for everyone. I guess the next "song" was her recording and it played. 

No seriously, the writer is brilliant.  Best scene ever. SJ knooows now so he's never giving up.  I'm happy for him since the poor guy kept getting rejected even this episode.   I'm so glad things are shaken up now.  Now do something for the 2nd OTP who are going in circles.

MY used her phone to play music for the patients...Daniel fixed the amplifiers so that it can be broadcast to all. Her confession was recorded and she forgot about it.
