Fellow shippers please let me indulge for a moment.  This song by Farenheit has always been one of my favourites. The lyrics seems so appropriate for our special couple along with the lead vocals from  the beautiful Aaron Yan, I am in shippers heaven.

OMG… I leave for only a week and I come back to this!!!!  50 pages worth of GOODIES! A rumored relationship! An assumed rendezvous in Japan! A beautiful Duet release! A huge progression between Taecyeon and Gui Gui in their relationship! I feel like I’ve just missed the whole party and have come in when everyone has already toasted the champagne and the excitement is dying down for a wee bit! :-O

So much scenes seems to have been cut BUT I’m still happy about episode 11.  Clearly all has been said in previous posts,  so I will 'try' and not do too much repeat! My take on this episode:

This is exactly what I have been waiting for.  I’m so proud of Gui Gui.  She’s utterly amazing in this episode.  Like everyone, I believe she handled herself quite well, given her utter fascination with Nickhun.  And when Taec introduced her to the boys, and to Nickhun, you could practically hear them laughing while the camera zoomed into her expression.  THEY KNEW!  And somehow they were waiting for this opportunity to really see how she would react in the presence of both her husband and her idol.  Which gives me the feel that they want to gauge just how “fascinated” she is with Nickhun?  Is this marriage to Taec just a show and that she has absolutely no feelings, whatsoever about him, and that really, in truth, she still idealizes Nickhun even after spending time with Taecyeon?  Is she inconsiderate to Taec’s feelings that she would throw all reason to the wind and totally go crazy about Nickhun?

Gui Gui has obviously more restrain and we see this throughout the party.  I loved that she showed her happiness, but in a more restrained manner, when she saw Nickhun!  And I applaud Taec for realizing that he was jealous that she seemed too happy to see Nickhun.  Such confession from him is big!  And we do not usually have such confessions from him too often. 

Throughout the party, I love how she naturally leans into Taec! I love how she steals glances of him! I love how she looks at him when she does not know what is being said! I love how she hides behind his back when confronted with an embarrassing situation! I love how she just casually shifts towards him when they are seated on the floor, on the couch. I love that despite, being surrounded by people of whom she has just met, she is just herself. No pretense! No acting!  Most of all I love her innocence! Everyone can act innocent but not everyone can do so in a genuine manner! Our Gui Gui is not only innocent, caring, considerate among other things but she also has a very mature side to her! A very well balanced characteristic!  And that is what endears me more to her!

It may seem Taec is quite good at hiding his reactions especially during the kissing scene!  Out of all four of them boys, it was he who had the calmest reaction to seeing his wife kissing someone else as such a tender age of 18. The members seemed to be affected more than he was. LOL…But of course when we hear his backroom interview, that tells a totally different story.  He did not seem impressed at all!  He mentioned Aaron as " another DUDE"!!!  that is a tell tale sign! he doesn't even bother mention his name!  Yes Taec, we see how affected you are indeed!

Actions speaks louder than words Taec!  You are jealous! You’re just covering that up by saying it’s all acting!  Remember my fellow TaeGui shippers, he may not have said it outright but his eyes says a totally different thing!   That’s right Taec! Maybe this can spur you into actually showing her your ‘manly’ side! Maybe a kiss or two!  Come on… I know you want to!

I loved Gui Gui’s honesty!  When she mentioned the shoes and its importance to her, I felt that she was opening up her-self both to Taec and the boys.  And doing it in a public manner somehow shows to the members that she really did love her gift.  Not only has she thanked Taec for it in private but she does so in front of his members!  That has got to boost his male ego and endear her more so to the members! 

The boys sure do love giving gifts!  Nickhun’s present was really touching.  I loved how simple his gift was and yet the meaning behind his gift is quite fitting and I’m sure it will become meaningful to both Gui Gui and Taecyeon. He told them to think of the Ivy plant, as their ‘LOVE’ or ‘Baby’.  That in itself is quiet a deep thought! Its symbolic- by caring for their ‘ivy plant’, they themselves, as a couple should also nurture and care for their ‘love’.  In doing so, it brings them closer and bonds them into a strong couple! IT takes time, effort, commitment, never ending learning, patience to nurture a plant to the point where it blossoms beautifully. Similarly, True Love is like caring and nurturing a Plant!  Without all these things, it will wilt and die! Likewise, their relationship should be as such, it should be nurtured with the utter most tender care and love!  Nickhun’s gift not only had underlying meaning but it felt somehow like a blessing gift!  I loved it! And I hope TaeGui realized what it meant!

At the end of their time spent with TaeGui – given what has been revealed to us in this video – the boys seem to have given their stamp of approval. They were very accommodating to her lack of English.  I know Gui Gui must have felt a bit insecure about her English when being asked questions by the English speaking members and the 2 girls (they speak quite good English).  Heck I would be nervous too! BUT she handled herself well and with no fear and I somehow felt Taec was very proud of her! He did not even have to help her or translate for her! 

PS:  I wasn’t really feeling one of the girls!  I don’t know why,  she didn’t give off a happy vibe.  Some say it’s just her normal face, but that one sec view of her face, when Taec and Gui Gui were saying how important their ring was, just kind of projected a whole different emotion. Like she did not really like what she was hearing. ANYWAY…

Out of all the guests, Kwang Hee called out for Gui Gui as he came to their home.  Despite his late grand entrance he came with great enthusiasm.  And his attack on the door just made me realize how what was to come, when he enters into their home, would make me laughing like some looney!

It is interesting to note that Kwan Hee also calls out to Gui Gui.  Why this stood out to me?  He has known Taecyeon longer, and has only met Gui Gui one time, which I’m certain was not for more than a couple of hours!  And yet, here we hear him calling out for her.  Both 2PM and those girls called out for Taecyeon.  Kwang Hee, calling Gui Gui so naturally just goes to show off his acceptance of her as Teac’s wife.  I also feel that during that ‘short period’ he spent with Gui Gui, she had made and left a good impression on him. 

And he walks in like a BOSS! I don’t know why this had me rolling with laughter but it did!  I think his “superstar” persona kicked in, cause he walked in like he was walking the red carpet, presents in hand and a pair of shades!  Looking every inch the 'singing fashionista' he claims to be.   I loved his familiarity.  It felt very brotherly and affectionate! I felt that Gui Gui was happy to have had him come.  He was a familiar person, whom she had met and played jokes on.  I was mentally patting him on the back and saying “Your Awesome Kwan Hee and Thank you for making Gui Gui feel more at home in a foreign place”.

However, both of them are not safe from Kwang Hee’s judgements.  Being who he is, he just had to mention Gui Gui’s beautiful pictures were too beautiful and that it was clearly photo-shopped! Crack me up into unladylike fits of laughter! This guy is hilarious! And he says it with such great conviction! Ohhh mahn!  Had me wishing that he came earlier, I’m pretty sure he would have said sometime utterly crazy and funny about that kiss Gui Gui had with Aaron!  Usually, guests would say all the good things when they are being shown the couple’s wedding pictures, BUT not our ‘superstar’ he has a totally different perspective and does not follow the norm. ) )  Quite refreshing!  I also loved how he mentioned that the present was bought mostly for her!  He is one person I would like to have in my life!  I’m going to be laughing almost every second spent with him.

Did you guys realize Gui Gui agreed with Kwang Hee that she also thought Taec’s back was “sexy” and that she said so in the morning!  THIS IS PROOF that they did interact! And that was clearly cut out of the video in episode 10!  

When Taec translated what Kwang Hee said about him having the body and not the face, I got the feeling that he was pretty curious as to how Gui Gui would react to this claim!  Ohhh silly boy, she’s got the HOTS for you now! And she will not stand to hear such utterly rubbish claims!  If you watch closely, while Taec was translating she was all smiles then after he said what was mentioned, in a split second her expression fell and she directs her attention to Kwan Hee, confronting him, making certain she that she heard right before finally reprimanding him for even saying such things about her husband!

When Kwang Hee mentions again that Taec is just not that good looking and that he was not in the 4 category of good looking people, for a microsecond, you can tell she did not like what she heard.  Gui Gui's protective instinct has clearly been aroused!  I like her protective side!  There is so much happening in just a short minute that if one doesn’t pay close attention they would miss the underlying meanings and gestures happening.  

Clearly, somewhere from the first episode to now, her ideals and thoughts and actions and emotions have somehow changed.  It seems that despite mentioning Nickhun as her ‘ideal’ along this ride of a ‘virtual marriage’, her ideal has changed and Taec has seemingly taken that ‘ideal’ stance.  Even Nickhun felt ‘slightly’ disappointed about her lack of “enthusiasm” when he was at their party. The members were clearly curious as to her reaction to Nickhun. Partly because Taec may have mentioned her captivation of Nickhun and partly because and Junhoo mentioned Taec talks about her with them!  

For me, Kwang Hee somehow, felt more like he was Gui Gui’s guest and that he came to wish her and her husband congratulations.  He seemed like a brother to Gui Gui and this had me quite emotional. Thinking of Gui Gui, who had no one who she ‘knew’ back from home, come to her housewarming party, Kwang Hee somehow, if not intentionally, then unintentionally became her guest and her friend.   And she called him Oppa!  He seemed genuinely happy about that.

For Taec to mention at the end that their love is becoming more of that then ‘like’ is a revelation! I had to rewatch that part as I just couldn’t believe he was actually saying it!  He has not really explicitly mentioned something so ‘revealing’ before and this had me smiling an A-Z!  I see potentials in this relationship beyond their 15^th episode!

There is so much I want to say about this two. But this post is getting LONGER and I know it can get tiring reading so much of my comment..

I'm Em BTW and you probably haven't seen me much around here for awhile due to all the hectic exams!  MY last is on Tuesday and then i'm going to be on here everyday!!! 

PS:  I’m buying that song of theirs!   I too want to show them my support!

so now taecgui will add another OUR..OUR SONG..the truth is..when i listen to this song i'll think of the anime LOLs.. this song was the happy song and when ever im watching an anime i use to enjoy their song as well..to me taecgui is like a maid-sama character (usui and masaki) just love them..soon TaecGui to add another OUR ..which is OUR LOVE... () ..

omg i watched that anime too, im a huge fan!! to me i think their relationship is like a taiwanese drama called "it started with a kiss" where the girl is so clumsy, in love with the perfect genius high iq guy and finally wins his heart because of her optimism, brightful side and a kind heart x)
