What is the translation to this sentence, thank you!

Please translate it to me. Thank you before. :'(

Translation:

I think this is the first time I'm seeing a fool like oppa. No matter if 3 years has passed, not recognizing a woman that  you had had a "some" with, how could that be?

So, some clarifications since not sure how much Korean you know:

"oppa" is Korean for what a girl/woman would call an actual older brother, a guy who is like an older brother, or sometimes a boyfriend or husband. I can't tell without more context.

"some" means a flirtation, not as serious as yet as actual dating or even an understanding, but flirtation with some intent on deepening it behind it.

Also, Koreans seldom use pronouns, so the sentence could be a woman speaking directly to her oppa. Or it could be a woman speaking about her oppa to someone else. The sentence works both as if speaking to the second person case, or as if speaking in a third person frame of reference. Again, without more context, it would be hard to tell. Hope this helps.
