hi i'm a fan of yoon shi yoon and i'm trying to join his fan cafe .i made my kakao account, but i'm having trouble joining due to real name verification .i saw a tutorial on how to do it, but it's still a bit complicated for me to do it, because they ask for documents in English and I am from Latin America

Is there someone in this forum who has joined the fancafe and can help me, please?

You can try to follow the instructions from these tutorials. They helped me to join. I talked with support team using these texts and managed to verify myself.

@Danae.Silva my ID is also not in english, but the letters are from latin alphabet. It made no problem for Kakao manager. They asked also about gender, it's not in my ID, I just wrote to him in our chat. It was enough.

There is in the comments on youtube a Word file with all messages, you can copy them to chat with kakao manager.

In my case ID was in dutch, I covered all information and my photo, only my name and surname were visible.
