*** Noh Hong Chul posted this photo yesterday with a caption - "Thank you I'm really fine . I went to Vietnam... recently. " - I read that he recently got into a motorcycle accident while vacationing in Vietnam with travel YouTuber Pani Bottle. He hit another bike and fell to the ground. Pani Bottle stopped to help him in a panic and called the ambulance. Pani Bottle kept the camera rolling and captured the scene of the accident. Noh Hong Chul had been injured far more than expected and was seen lying covered in blood on the asphalt road. Pani Bottle sought out help from those around him and was able to get Noh Hong Chul to a nearby hospital. Noh Hong Chul shared, "I really think I'm a lucky guy. I'm able to be here because I'm lucky. If it was someone else, they'd be up there" and pointed to the sky. The doctors told No Hong Chul that he didn't need any surgery but needed to let his scar heal up. Riding a bike is really dangerous since it's a two-wheeled motor vehicle. He and RAIN should stay away from bikes. Glad that he is fine now. No idea if this picture

*** Yesterday, February 13th, tvN’s Free Doctor M covered Rain and Kim Tae Hee’s desire for their kids’ education. The couple bought a house in Irvine in June 2019 for the price of $2 million. It was named America’s safest city for the 17th straight year (as of last year), according to the FBI. Besides Rain and Kim Tae Hee, Son Ji Chang and Oh Yeon Soo couple, Lee Jae Ryong, and Hang SUk Kyu have also bought a house in Irvine for their kids’ education. It is called the

Rain & Kim Tae Hee couple’s enthusiasm for education was revealed.

The broadcast of tvN’s “Free Doctor” on February 13th unveiled the TOP 5 “Stars’ high-class children’s education methods”.

In 2019, Rain and Kim Tae Hee also purchased a townhouse in Irvine. Entertainment reporter Choi Jung Ah explained, “Rain and Kim Tae Hee couple bought a townhouse worth 2.4 billion won in Irvine for the future education of their children”.

Choi Jung Ah added, “This place is comfortable to live in since it’s a newly developed city located close to many world-famous leading universities. Children of Son Ji Chang & Oh Yeon Soo, Lee Jae Ryong & Yoo Ho Jung, as well as Han Seok Gyu also studied in Irvine.”

 

Entertainment reporter Ahn Jun Yong explained, “The academic enthusiasm of students in this area is high enough to compete for the 1st and 2nd place of the college entrance exam in the U.S. Tuition fees are around 30 million won for kindergartens, 40 million won for elementary schools, 70 million won for middle school, and 80 million won for high schools. Adding living expenses, it costs more than 1 billion won for the whole education period. This number excludes the housing price.”

*** The Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) conducted the Global Hallyu Trends survey again this year, and the results for 2023 have just been made public. The survey looks into how Korean cultural content is perceived globally. It included 25,000 men and women from 26 different countries who were between the ages of 15 and 59. BTS leads the US top 5 with 37.2%, while BLACKPINK follow as second with 10.1%. PSY takes thrid with 2.2%, with Rain‘s 0.7% securing him the fourth spot. The top 5 is wrapped up by EXO and IU iwth 0.5% each.
