Just wondering, @bebebisous33, did you watch the original version/C-version?
It is amazing to read about the symbolism etc related to the characters. That is an in-depth analysis that will take me days or more to do something like that.

Well, I started watching it but I didn't like the acting... so I stopped.
I am a French teacher and as such, I am used to analyse litterature. Moreover, since my other subject is History, I can say that this is helpful to have another view on this drama! By the way, I've got another idea!! The subject would be "Poison". What do you think? Interested?

Yes, that could be interesting. At that time some thought it was from the cup but then it was the tea?
Then how come those who tested it didn't notice anything.... really or......? Another thing that I was interesting in is how did the General trained So in lessen the affect of the poison. I guess it is like those people who are used in handling snakes etc..
