Hello!
Been a silent lurker for quite some time now and but have been fan of both Yoona and Seungi for a while. Their dating news was definitely a pleasant surprise for me when it surfaced. I'm a Sone, but was quite unfamiliar with Seungi aside from his variety appearances and an occasional drama. My impression of Seungi is really like the boy next door, who is tall, cute, smart,caring, thoughtful and the list can go on and on. I myself, like the bad boys, but honestly, what girl doesn't want a good guy? And to me, he fits the bill and can't ask for more than that for Yoona. I wish them all the best and hope they can have their happily ever after ...
With that said, seeing that Soshi is doing their promotions for Mr. Mr., Yoona can't avoid the Seungi question and the same will be said for Seungi when his drama comes out. There will be some acknowledgement from both Yoona and Seungi I'm sure, since they can't get around it. Both are very private people but they also know the business. So whatever they decide to say on camera/print will be a smart response, which leads me to say that I'm not surprised both Yoona and Sooyoung didn't do the Radio Star recording, and did the Healing Camp recording instead. I've always said, Healing Camp is a nicer version of Radio Star ... hahaha. Soshi are veterans of the variety circuit, so they know what to expect when going to Radio Star. Though they hold their own against the tough questions, it was probably better for the girls dating, to avoid that show given their blunt and direct interviews. If I'm not mistaken, Kim Je-Dong is one of the MC's whom the girls, particularly, Sooyoung, are close to. The familiarity and their relationship will definitely help as I feel they will be more comfortable in discussing the dating issue on Healing Camp. Not to mention, the girls rarely do shows with OT9. I feel like they mostly do one or two and then the rest, they split up during promotions. For IGAB promo, OT9 was only did Strong Heart and Radio Star? So far, the known show with all 9 is Healing Camp; who knows maybe more in later promotions. 
Aside from the occasional acknowledgements of one another, I'm sure there won't mentions about their relationship at all. Both like I said, are private people who clearly, want to protect one another and maintain a low-profile relationship.But given their popularity it's gonna be hard. They both started out so young in the industry so the whole privacy thing is very understandable. BUT IF they last and get married, I think that's when they will be more open to revealing little things about their relationship. I can totally see them doing premieres and things of that nature later on in the future. But until then, so long as they are happy, I think that's all that matters. To be able to love someone and find someone to share that with, it's a truly a blessing. And as a Sone, I can't be happier for Yoona. I've always believed that happy idols = happy music = happy fans = awesome memories! What else can you ask for?

LOL looks like radio star MC's were waiting for yoona to come on the show,well It's good thing they avoided it.
as some of you already said , you can't ignore it or boycott every other show.since this was the biggest news , everybody wants to ask them about it.
 same thing will happen with seung gi , and I am sure they will handle it well.
It would be good for both of them to acknowledge it , so everybody will be move on and leave them alone.

I was getting bored , so I made a 'You Are surrounded' poster ,I've been eagerly waiting for this drama , can't wait to see seunggi in action scenes and the go ara - seunggi chemistry since Ara is from SM I guess its gonna be even more awesome lol
