*** After his recent last drama, GS is offered again a new drama entitled, "They Were There". Ohh....this is good news. The story is about 100T people who go missing in a year but this is unnoticed by society & few show any concern. If he accepts, he'll be playing the lead role of con artist. The drama plans to air towards the end of the year. The story seems interesting. Though, it looks like dark.  :P

Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, And More Attend First Script Reading For New Mystery Drama

7756d032bec14ce3987226b822434204.jpeg?s=

OCN’s upcoming weekend drama “Missing: The Other Side” held its first script reading!

“Missing: The Other Side” is a mystery fantasy drama that is set in a town inhabited by the souls of people who went missing when they were alive. There, a group of people will search for missing bodies and try to find out what happened to each of them.

On July 1, director Min Yeon Hong and writers Ban Ki Ri and Jung So Young showed up to the script reading. Actors Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, Ha Joon, Seo Eun Soo, Song Geon Hee were present, as well as Kang Mal Geum, Go Dong Ha, Kim Jung Eun, Moon Yoo Kang, Park Hye Jin, Ahn Dong Yeob, Lee Ki Chan, Lee Joo Myung, Lee Joo Won, Kang Kyeok Soo, Jang Sun Yool, and Ji Dae Han.

Director Min Yeon Hong said, “I have waited for a long time to meet with the cast. I want to create a great project that will have many viewers remembering the story of ‘the other side,’ as the drama title says. I will work hard.”

Writer Ban Ki Ri commented, “After seeing the actors, I wish that it was August already and that the drama would begin.”

Go Soo takes on the role of conman Kim Wook. He is handsome and can talk his way out of anything, but he uses his skills to help people in need who are helpless. During the reading, Go Soo showed off both the passionate and nonchalant sides of his acting, making his character come to life.

The drama’s production team commented, “The actors showed off their strong acting skills and great chemistry from the first script reading. We will create a drama that will cool off all the summer heat and tell a fantastical story of a town inhabited by souls, the lives of the deceased, and the pursuit of the mystery by those who are living. Please look forward to ‘Missing: The Other Side.'”

“Missing: The Other Side” is expected to premiere in August.

In the meantime, watch Go Soo in “Heart Surgeons”:

These 8 Stars’ Real Names Are So Unusual, Koreans Mistake Them For Stage Names

Even Koreans struggle with Korean names sometimes.

Korean names may sound unusual to many unfamiliar foreigners, but some of those names even sound unusual to Koreans themselves.

These eight idols all have real names that are so unique, even Korean netizens mistake them for stage names.

8. Go Soo

Around 15% of the population has a strange gene variation that makes cilantro (also known as coriander) taste like soap to them.

Hopefully actor Go Soo isn’t one of them, because his name literally translates to coriander in Korean.

Like Sandara Park, Go Soo doesn’t have a two-syllable first name. His whole first name is simply Soo, but combined, his first and last names spell out the herb. “Gosoo” is also a Korean slang term used to described skilled gamers.

Go Soo and Heo Jun Ho led the script reading for fantasy thriller, Missing: They Were There. The OCN series also stars Seo Eun Soo, Ahn So Hee and Ha Joon. Anyway, the story centres on a village made up of spirits of the dead who have gone missing in their mortal lives. Thus, the aim is to find the missing bodies and the truth behind their deaths. The drama will screen in August.

OCN’s upcoming drama “Missing: The Other Side” has revealed its first posters!

“Missing: The Other Side” is a mystery fantasy drama set in a town inhabited by the souls of people who went missing when they were alive. There, a group of people will search for missing bodies and try to find out what happened to each of them.

The drama is directed by Min Yeon Hong (“Touch,” “Ms Ma, Nemesis“) and written by Ban Ki Ri (“A Witch’s Romance,” “Who Are You“) and Jung So Young. It stars Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, Ha Joon, Seo Eun Soo, and more.

On July 16, OCN shared two posters for the drama that highlight its mysterious premise. The first poster shows the creepy road to a village that is covered in fog. The second poster shows various “missing” posters put up by the families of the missing. Adding to the sense of suspense and tragedy is that many of the missing are children. One of the posters shows Seo Eun Soo, who plays the missing person Choi Yeo Na.

I didn’t know Go Soo was going to play a swindler in upcoming OCN drama, Missing. Anyway, we get to the different sides of him in these stills. I’ve already had my dose of him since I followed Money Game earlier this year.

Watch: Go Soo Travels In A Bus With A Spine-Chilling Secret In Teaser For Upcoming Mystery Drama

be92b8b5d4694fc8b7762548b95fb878.jpeg?s=

OCN has released an eerie new teaser for “Missing: The Other Side.”

“Missing: The Other Side” is a mystery fantasy drama set in a town inhabited by the souls of people who went missing when they were alive. There, a group of people will search for missing bodies and try to find out what happened to each of them. The drama stars Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, Ha Joon, Seo Eun Soo, and more.

Go Soo will play the role of conman Kim Wook, who teams up with Jang Pan Seok (Heo Joon Ho), the bridge between the outside world and the mysterious village.

What starts off as an innocent bus ride turns into a mystery that shrouds a horrifying truth. The bus heads into a deserted part of town, and someone pushes the red button for the bus to stop. Kim Wook glances around before hurrying to reach the exit first. He steps out onto the empty bus stop, but no one follows him, even though there had been a line of people to get out with him.

Jang Pan Seok makes a brief but important appearance as he warns Kim Wook, “Go back. This isn’t a place for the living.” Kim Wook’s eyes widen in realization as his voiceover asks, “All those people are dead?”

Watch the teaser below!
