Hi CallieP,  ye, this is only open to family but yes, right you are, gtLmh, it seems that those pictures were taken by fans inside the camp. IDK I guess they might be those recruits family..... The Ministry of National Defense banned families from visiting conscripts during basic training as a part of plans to make the latter adjust faster to their new environment.

It's true that fans can enter the ceremony, because this lady @Minoz_pimxin is from China, I met her at Suseo Welfare Center and ate dinner with her when I visited Seoul.

The following pictures were taken by her. And actually lots of other pictures were taken by Chinese fans.

Actor Lee Minho reportedly completed the four-week of basic military training at the training base in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do.

 

On April 12, it is reported that Lee Minho has completed the four-week of basic military training for the mandatory military service.

 

In the morning of today, Lee Minho joined the closing ceremony of the training and commemorated his completion of the course.

 

Lee Minho has served as a public service worker at Gangnam-gu Office for his military duties since May last year.

 

Due to the side effects from car accidents in 2006 and 2011, Lee Minho was alternatively assigned as a public service worker to fulfill the required years of military duty.
 

 

Since Lee Minho completed the required four-week of training, he will return to Gangnam-gu Office from tomorrow and serve the rest of his duties.

 

Lee Minho is expected to be discharged from the military duties in 2019.

First Photos Of Lee Min Ho After Successfully Finishing His Military Training

Lee Min Ho looks as handsome as ever after completing his month of basic training.

 

Fans can now see Platoon Leader Lee Min Ho‘s latest photos, taken after the actor completed his four-week basic training at the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province.

 

Lee Min Ho is just as dashing as ever in uniform!

 

 

In these photos, he looks proud and dignified as he walks through a crowd of fans.

 

 

During this second part of his military training, Lee Min Ho learned to perform the duties of an active duty soldier.

Hi Callie, this autograph was signed inside the camp & during the graduation ceremony, right? So, that might be the brother of his Master in the military during training.
